Ordered a t-shirt which arrived quickly. Great quality product but I ordered the wrong size. RedBubble replaced without hesitation. So impressed with service and quality of t-shirt that I've ordered another for a friend. Would highly recommend using RedBubble to others.
Most of my order turned up on time, some items appear to have got lost in the post which happens. I emailed redbubble to tell them I was missing items and they emailed back within 2 hours to tell me they were reprinting the items, shipping them free of charge and that if the lost ones turn up don't worry about it. Thank you redbubble for the excellent service.
I have still not received my order after 2 months! I want full refund, not new shipping and not voucher as I have no hope for your order to ever reach my doorstep.
I'm truly annoyed and was loving Redbubble in the past but this is not possible anymore! This is just a scam and cannot be trusted
I have only ordered stickers so far and they've all been great. I love the selection (there are practically too many because you can never look at the them all!) and I love that it supports a variety of independent artists.
Bought two large prints-posters from them and they shipped the items in flimsy cardboard box. Box arrived crushed and the posters were ruined and unusable: dented, creased all over and damaged. Who ships prints and or posters in a box instead of a proper tube? Buyer beware! They did finally refund me but that is not the point.
I made an error when ordering the sizes on some tees I was giving as gifts. I contacted RB via email for information on how to exchange. Instead, in less than TWO HOURS, Ron contacted me by return email with instructions that were shocking. He offered me a credit for my replacement order (including shipment fee) and told me to donate the shirts I'd received. How impressive!
Unique items you cannot find anywhere else. Independent artists wow. I was looking for AMC series Turn merchandise and nothing but then I got one option Redbubble an artist created "Strong Tavern" art, they print it on a tee. I placed the order and received it within 5 days. Amazing. Great quality, great piece and unique. Even the tag with the tiny clothespin was a detail noticeable so very cool and different. It was a gift so I failed to take photos. I'm a fan and now I know and trust this website.
I have ordered from them several times. Only on one occasion did the order take longer than two weeks to arrive.(Though that was likely the fault of New Zealand Post, as I was having a lot of trouble with them January and February). I let them know that the top I had ordered hadn't arrived, and they sent out a replacement. This duly arrived within the expected time. And when the original order finally arrived, they kindly told me to keep it. But I will happily buy from them again. They have such a great range of incredible and unique designs, the hardest thing is choosing between so many wonderful options. My only complaint is that I wish the Chiffon Tops came in larger sizes.
I wa a first time buyer and I didn't know that the refund policy was super easy, I was expecting to send the shirt back that we ordered, but they gave it out for free? I'm happy but I feel guilty to getting a free shirt. I hope their company continue to do well, they seem to care a lot about their customers so I will for sure re order in the future :) in overall happy with their customer support, they were quick and efficient.
The content on there site is really good and the options they give to spice things up is great. Also they run discount specials all the time. But once you order stuff is where everything goes down hill I've ordered from here a few times. Last year for Christmas i thought i'd order something early (black Friday) they lost my order 3 times and were super against giving me a refund let alone resending my package. I figured I give them another shot i ordered off them 3 weeks ago 3 tee's and 2 mugs. Got the mugs lost the tee's and they still haven't sent a replacement.

I will never use this company again. They say you can contact them but you can't. Wanted to try and get a refund because my package had been sent but never delivered.
Glad it wasn't a big gift or anything.
Though they said that my order had been shipped, the tracking number isn't valid and my order didn't arrive. Customer service keeps logging out and there are no other ways to contact them. Customer service and fast shipping clearly isn't a priority to them. You'd be better off with Amazon.

I placed an order for 2 sweatshirts & 1 t-shirt on 12/1 expected delivery 12/7. Well, here we are on 12/20 & nothing. I checked the tracking & there was no info. I contacted them (customer service was really good via email) & they offered to resend the items but they would arrive in January, I wanted them as Christmas gifts for my girls. I asked for them to cancel, which they promptly did. There was no offer of expedited shipping or a discount on my next purchase. I will never order from them again. My girls will be so disappointed, they really liked their stuff. I think they're WAY over priced. I hope you find this helpful.

This site has NO costumer service available at all. :( It's so frustrating. You can't call them, when you e-mail them, you get automatic answer with useless and unrelated suggestions :( I dot defective shirt, with part of the paint missing from the print. I am trying to contact this company for 4 days already with no results, just automated responses with promises, that someone would answer :(
My daughters love ordering from Redbubble and for the first time our post office lost the package. I was able to reach Karla via email and the issue was taken care if immediately without me having to call and wait on the phone in the middle of my work day.
I have made several happy RedBubble purchases before but needed to return an item. The help on the website was straightforward and the response to my request happened within a few hours. I was given a full refund which is great, so I recommend all aspects of the RedBubble experience!

Their selection of artist designs is so incredible, it takes me ages to make my final selection. The delivery is insanely fast, never taking longer than 5 days. I spent a very long time reading over the reviews on here while I was contemplating ordering something, I finally gave in despite the number of warnings about slow delivery and everything because I wanted this sweet sweater so badly. I ordered it last Thursday and was fully expecting to be waiting a long time to receive it, I was even half expecting to never see it. However, it just arrived today - 3 business days after I ordered it. The quality is great and sizing is just what I was hoping for - I am female, 5'9" 120 pounds and I ordered a large because I like my sweatshirts to be on the baggy side and it's perfect, loose but not so big that it looks like I am wearing a tent or something. I ordered a black one, it's a little bit of a faded-looking black, but I kind of like that. Anyway, this was my first time ordering from redbubble and I have had a great experience. Very satisfied.
Purchased a sweatshirt from them because the website and stated "Order by Midnight, Guaranteed Delivery by Christmas". Obviously I had to choose Expedited Overnight Shipping which cost more than half the item price! All of that to get a shipping notification that my order would arrive on December 26th.
I emailed them twice during the wait to let them know only to be told that on their end it said arriving by Christmas.
The item arrived today and it smells disgusting! Would NEVER order from them again! Don't waste your time and money! Shop somewhere, anywhere else!
Answer: They seem fake to me. I received such horrible service that its hard to believe this is the same Redbubble. Maybe they improved alot since OR maybe they are paying their own marketing people to post fake positive reviews. We will never know. I would say its not worth the risk. Go with another seller.
