Really Cool!

This site is awesome! I was kind of leery on using this website, but I took the chance because they have a really great selection of unique products. I was not disappointed! I received my products quickly with no shipping issues or surprise payments. The products are fantastic quality and I am so happy that I found it.

There is no way to reach anyone at the company by phone, yet they do not respond to emails. They promise to do so within 4 business days, but never reply.
I tried to open a store, couldn't get answers to questions to do do, they suspended my account, and never explained why. HORRIBLE waste of your time.

FRAUD COMPANY

Do not ever order from this company please BEWARE! I wish I would have looked at the reviews before I placed my order. They never sent an email confirmation and lied about giving me a refund after my bank did an investigation I have a pending claim against them this is robbery! Customer service number *******224 inbox is full please stay away!

I ordered stickers from RB and after 2 weeks, i was still waiting. I was about to contact RB today, but to my surprise i got them through the mail this morning. I am so happy with how they turned out and all the way to Scotland from where they are manufactured. Absolutely in love. I was getting impatient but i completely understand now that i see the amazing quality of the products. Definitely buying from there again.

Your products by no means match the way they are represented on your website.

The quality of the screen printing is nothing short of awful.

High hopes

I LOVE the actual sweatshirt. Wonderful quality. I was however pretty disappointed with the print. The colors were faded looking as though the machine was running out of color ink. Too bad because red bubble is a fantastic idea.

I never got a receipt, although it shows up in my orders, and the money has been taken from my account, it is impossible to contact anyone. Really poor customer service. My item should be here today-Thursday but says it is still in production. I'm really worried it won't turn up at all given the reviews I am reading here. And it's for a gift...

Pleased overall

I ordered two shirts and one of them did seem a bit on the small side for it's size. Maybe I just didn't look clearly enough or estimate well enough. The shirts did also seem to take longer than expected to arrive, but once here, they were exactly what I wanted, and I was pleased.

I don't know where all these glowing reviews are coming from. I am getting the run-around from this company. It has been two weeks and still no stickers. I feel like I've been blown off and I'm irritated that I overpaid for a couple of stickers.

Ordered again!

Last time I ordered, the item was lost in shipping. They were great to work with and we got our item (as ordered). I ordered again from this site because of their customer service! I dont have a photo yet... new item is a holiday gift.

I made a mistake,

I wrote a review and I believe I was at fault by entering the wrong email address, I returned my item, they let me keep the return and gave me store credit to purchase another item. Haven't tried to re order yet, but have faith it will work. Thanks

My Experience with Redbubble

My experience with Redbubble has been great. I can really tell they have "Customer Obsession" as a very important value. I had ordered a shirt, but the print had come out blurry and when I contacted Redbubble for the issue they were immediately ready to take care of the issue and they did. All shirts are also very good quality.

If I could give this business less than a 1 I would. For starters, they double charged me and when contacted about the double charge they said it was my banks fault. Called my back and they confirmed they did in fact double charge me and lied about it. I got an email that my package had arrived but it never did. Here I am over a week later (and 20 days after I initially ordered) with no stickers. Contacted the support team and am asking for a complete refund. If I'm not given this back in a timely fashion my bank is filling a fraud investigation on them.

Superior quality design

I have ordered t-shirts from Red Bubble for my son. He can't find the quality artwork and designs anywhere else and he loves the shirts. My daughter is also an artist so I appreciate that the designs are created by professional artists and not factory stamped. Continue the good work and we will keep purchasing at Red Bubble. It is like a nightmare. My order got lost TWICE and you cannot properly contact with them. I sent an email about my lost orders for the third time and they suddenly decided to give me a refund which I never requested for. I sent a couple more emails but then I gave up since I had no chance to communicate with customer service properly. Never again.

White Spots on Prints
December 13, 2016

I bought some prints in the form of cards from RB but noticed that there were white dots all over them. Thinking it was dust or dirt, I tried to scratch it off. The print scraped off like a scratch off lottery ticket. NOT GOOD!

The worst customer service I have ever encountered. Everything was mailed seperately. I wanted to of everything I ordered and only got one. When I tried to contact them, they could not figure out how to get it right. I still have not gotten what I needed but have given up due to frustration. Everytime I emailed them a different person emailed me back so I had to explain the story all over again. They wanted pictures of what I received. My experience with Redbubble was a NIGHTMARE

Seems to be a scam, 2 orders placed, no product has showed up for either.

I had placed an order, and tracking information said would be delivered by 3-6 Dec. After no delivery, contacted customer service, and while they did send me a credit against my next order, the products never arrived, as of 19 Dec

I had placed a second order with expedited delivery, delivery promised by 18-Dec. According to the order page, had not shipped as of 18-Dec. Contacted customer service, and was informed that tracking information was not updated, by my order would be delivered. Could not get customer service to give me the actual tracking number however. Products never showed up for either order.

Quite disappointed, as I had wanted the order specifically for Christmas.

While you always get a good response from customer service, products never arrive, and seems to be just excuses and delays.

I never give reviews, but after 2 orders and no product, seems like a scam site.
