Extra fees
September 30, 2020

I bought a dress from redbubble for £39.11 and paid shipping fees £14. I then got a bill from duty and taxes for £18.40 which I didn't expect so in total the dress has cost me £71.51 which is not anyway near what I thought I would end up having to pay. Just because it came from America. Not happy at the hidden charges

Horrible Customer Service

This was my first purchase through Redbubble and I wish I would have researched the reviews prior to making the purchase. I purchased some items as gifts and within 24 hours of the items being shipped I received a promotion from them. I contacted customer service and they said they would not honor the discount. I received my items and not only did I pay full price, but the printing was off center on the t-shirt and the stickers are printed on low quality paper. I will not make any future purchases through Redbubble. After this review, customer service contacted me and let me know a second time that there is nothing they can do to resolve the situation.

Shirt not as described
June 30, 2016

Very disappointed when my items arrived. The shirt was way small and I even ordered up two sizes. Then it was advertised as sequins and it was just an iron on to look like sequins! Way overcharged for this. However on the positive side the company reimbursed me my money. They do stand behind their products.

Very disappointed
March 27, 2019

I ordered a few stickers and have still not received them. I got an email confirmation saying they were delivered but I havent received a package yet. Starting to believe from other reviews this website is just a scam. Disappointed and won't be visiting to order off this site again.

Redbubble attempted to help this customer through the Sitejabber Resolution Center, but the customer did not respond

Great customer service
October 24, 2020

I ordered a tee shirt and received it 4 days before expected arrival. Unfortunately, during shipping, the package must have gotten tangled up and the shirt got some black stuff on it. I requested a refund THIS MORNING and they have already taken care of the issue. I have never had a response so quick. The site was easy to use for purchase and contact for my issue. I definitely recommend this site and will buy from them in the future.

Not good value for money!
September 30, 2017

Bought t shirt: reactor arc for daughter birthday. Very disappointed with the quality of material. My son bought an avenger t shirt from Primark for £6 a lot cheaper and same material with the one I paid £21.01 in redbubble. Complete rip off. Too late to return because my daughter already wore it.

Quality of the stickers were subpar

Printed image is not high quality, it's about as same quality as my hp color printer. Stickers were cut poorly, square stickers have rounded corners, top corner of any rounded corner is misaligned, possibly where the knife enters and exists. But it's poor. I would pay a little extra for high quality option

I purchased a $35 iphone case. It arrived without packaging as if it was used with a broken piece. It also is a cheap case worth $5-$8. When I went to return it, they only will replace it or get a voucher for redbubble, which I don't want to buy from again.

Only buy from here if you are absolutely certain you won't return it. The return policy is awful. They make it impossible to get any real or useful information. You have to submit a request and then they get back to you a day later with very vague info. I finally got a voucher code for my return and it doesn't work. Back to step one. Super frustrating and designed to have you give up, I'm sure. Terrible experience.

Wow. Absolutely amazing customer service! I started using redbubble last year as a gift to a friend for Christmas and they were so happy with the purchase. I've also spoken highly of the shirt I recently ordered on Reddit and the response was really good! People were impressed with the product. Good quality, good design, good service

I nearly didn't order from Redbubble because of bad reviews I had read about the quality of their prints and their service. However, they had a design I loved that I couldn't find anywhere else, so I just went for it anyway. The poster arrived a week after I ordered it, and the quality was truly excellent! I was so pleasantly surprised that I felt honor-bound to counter some of Redbubble's bad reviews by sharing my top-notch experience. The poster paper is heavy weight, the colors are vibrant, and the resolution is crystal clear. Absolutely no complaints here.

I have been waiting for my refund for two weeks now! I cancelled my order before it was even packaged to ship and I still haven't seen my money back. They have had 4 people email me back about this and once I reply, they ignore my emails until I go on their site to resubmit a request. How can 4 people not solve my issue for me? This company has terrible customer service and an extreme lack of professionalism. I would never recommend them to anyone I know. This situation has pissed me off and I can not believe they are avoiding me. *******

Will not honor sale
August 20, 2023

I ordered something and never received it. After several weeks they finally sent out another one. I still never received it. I hope to get it this week. In the meantime, they are having a sale. They will not refund me and sell it to me at 30% off that it is now. Bad business considering the I have not even received it yet. If I ever receive it, I might just return it because of the terrible customer service. It takes them forever to respond between conversations too. Not a good experience at all. I will shop at zazzle next time as I have it the past and ther service is much better.

Ordered three shirts. Sizing is really small. Revived an additional three shirts that I didn't order. Connecting with a real person to rectify the situation was not an immediate process, likely just due to this being a smaller company.

Had I been emailed a shipping label, I would have gladly returned the extras. Donated them instead. Hope the person that ordered them received their order at some point.

I ordered a couple of A-line dresses from Red Bubble. The merchandise is really cool and the products are high quality material and production -- comfortable, too! They arrived within a week or so of ordering. Problem is: I ordered the wrong size. They sent me the items in the correct size, and they didn't even ask me to return the ones that were too big! The process of contacting customer service and making the exchange was easy, fast and pleasant. Totally buying from them again!

Great Quality, Arrived Quickly

The print tee-shirt I ordered came within the expected date, on the early side of things. It's great quality and I've gotten lots of compliments on the art itself. The shirt is comfortable and has a nice weight without being too thick. The only issue I had was the god awful smell that I assume was part of the printing process. I'll definitely be ordering again, and soon!

Ordered a shirt as a gift for someone's birthday with like 2 and a bit weeks to arrive thinking it'd come well within time, especially as the delivery said it'd take 8 days or so, it arrived a week late, the worst part was the shirt looked shoddily made, absolutely terrible, the print was faded and scraggy. Not happy with delivery, product and especially price. Never using the site again.
