I never got a receipt, although it shows up in my orders, and the money has been taken from my account, it is impossible to contact anyone. Really poor customer service. My item should be here today-Thursday but says it is still in production. I'm really worried it won't turn up at all given the reviews I am reading here. And it's for a gift...
