Redbubble is not on the side of the artist or the consumer. They recently added a fee for artists who make sales, in addition to the high percentage of money they take from any given sale. I was going to put up with that, but this week took down a bunch of my art for copyright infringement. My art was all completely original, but they were unwilling even to discuss their actions with me. They wouldn't acknowledge that there was the slightest possibility there could have been a mistake. That was the final straw. If you are an artist, don't use Redbubble. They don't deserve the money they'd make off your work and creativity.
I'm always buying colorful stuff from Redbubble and every single problem that I had was promptly resolved (either with a replacement or a refund). Thank you!

I ordered 37 stickers for the musical Chicago to give to the members of a high school musical. I ordered the product on 3/15 and on 3/16 I received confirmation that the items had been package and delivered; estimated delivery date 3/21- 3/27 (perfect, event was on 4/1). On 3/30 I received an email informing me that my estimated delivery date was now 4/4 - 4/7. Since I would now not have the item on the day of it's intend use I emailed RB and asked for a refund. My refund was granted and I was told to keep my order (thanks, but its of no use now). Today 4/4 my order has arrived. In my package was NOT 37 stickers for the musical Chicago, but rather 4 stickers pertaining to golf and pickleball. What an absolute horrible experience!
Redbubble Marketplaces is a great site to sell your art, its easy to create an account and you can design a great looking shop with a lot of features.
I am, and always have been, completely and thoroughly satisfied with the customer service at RedBubble. Most companies tout they are "committed to 100% customer satisfaction", but RB is one of the very, VERY few companies that actually is. If RB knows you aren't going to wear their product (regardless of the reason) they go to great lengths to fix the issue(s) so you will. From incorrect addresses to faulty prints to changes of heart, RB has resolved any/all issues I've ever had. Today I have over 80 shirts purchased from them, and I happily and proudly wear every one throughout the year. Do your business here - you will be happy you did.

I just purchased a handcrafted item on ESTY with no problems.
During December my Grandson asked if I would purchase an apron for his dad. Having always been supportive of artist, I went to this site and ordered the apron. It arrived with the design (which was silk screened or imprinted was only half there. I went on line and since there is no telephone number available, I chatted with the computer and got no help and kept getting the same responses and waited a couple days and tried again. Nothing. So I finally sent an email and mailed the apron to the addresses on the shipping envelope. Did get an email back but seems as though their response is to keep saying the same things. But still no apron for my grandson to give to his father. Don't trust these folks to respond to your situation when you need to return. Never in my many years of dealing with craftspeople and artists has the situation frustrated more. Here it is January and they have all the information because they have photos and my information. Of course no refund, which is not what I asked for but would take and find a reliable source for his gift for his dad. As you can see in the photo the bottom of design is missing.
Received a plaid duvet cover. Looked like a blurry printed version of what was depicted on the website. Unfortunately, glasses do not sharpen things up.

I've ordered a lot of stuff from redbubble over the years. I'll preface this with saying I live in New Zealand which could be a factor, but never once has anything arrived. They wont respond to emails or phonecalls, nor will they provide a refund. I've lost a good bit of money on this company. 0 stars if possible

Ordered a puzzle for a gift. After putting it together there were pieces missing. No telephone number to call and unless you held on to original message from ordering the puzzle you are out of luck with any customer service. You can "talk" with a bot but only once you have order number even though they should be able to look up order from email address. Won't buy from them again.
