Realtystore has contacted me to offer a 30 days free trial and told me that I can have all the zip codes that are available for $24.95. When I check my online banking, I was charged $99.00+, I contacted Realtystore and told them that I have never agreed to the charge of $99.00+ and they told me that for each zip codes, it cost $24.95 and I told them that was not the correct information that was provided to me, they won't refund my money and all the leads was going to me are with bad credits that could not qualify and I do not even get it daily but I will file a complaint with State of Nevada Consumer's Affairs for this malpractice of Marketing for misleading information. None proof of purchase that they can offer me.

As a Realtor, I look for ways to find new leads. Realty Store called me and offered 1 month of free leads in 10 zip codes. Of course I accepted and waited for the leads, in the high end zip codes I picked, to come in. I received a lot of leads, however, not one in the zip codes I picked. Here's where it gets really bad, every lead I spoke with found a least one property they wanted to see for 10k or less. Most did not have 10k or even the ability to get financed for 10k if that's even possible on property. When I actually looked for the property they called about, it did not exist. I don't think I've ever canceled anything that was completely free but these leads were not only a waste of time but annoying! This is a company that makes their money by charging a small fee to people looking for foreclosures and a high fee to agents looking for leads. They give agents 1 month free with a credit card in hopes that you'll forget to cancel (which many do!) or new agents who don't know any better. If you want to check out the free 1 month of leads use a credit card that has a low limit that's almost at that limit and cancel it afterwards. This way you'll only lose a small amount if anything. Trust me, with the amount of bad publicity and reviews they won't ever call you again

I signed up only yesterday and discovered that this online company lies in its original explanation of service. There is no direct connection with owners of homes who offer owner-financing and the buyer. I tried to contact the owner for only 24 hours and always got an email or call from an agent. Why would I want an agent to get involved when I want to do business DIRECTLY with the owner? The agent is another mouth to feed and at this point I am doing this to SAVE MONEY! NOT TO SPEND MORE! I called the company and got an reply which never answered my question: Why would I want to go through realtystore.com when you will not provide with the opportunity to contact the OWNER... DIRECTLY? The answer was scripted but again, DID NOT ADDRESS MY QUESTION. No wonder the BBB has them on their terrible list! Beware... stay away from this company. They will soon be out of business... because they are SCAMMERS who are being paid by RE Agents PLUS the Public!

Signed up for this service but when I was completing the info requested I had to call as the website was having issues. I was told by a representative that tey were having issues and she apologized so I inquired on exactly what services they had and what I was going to be sent and asked if the only charge was the 1.00 charge and because the website was having issues I did not check the terms and agreement so today much to my surprise my debit card was charged 49.60 and so I called first and cancelled whatever account I had if there was one. I explained o the rep what had occurred whn trying to set up the trial period and he took a minute and came t tell me he was going to email me a form to fill out and fax back and I might get a refund so with that I let him know I would be contacting my bank to dispute the charge as he just told me that the reps do not sign up or put the charges through as you have to and my question was then why do I have an account because there were issues with that website and when I spoke to the rep that night she said no worries it will al be fixed and I did not check the term and agreement box. He certainly did not like that I intended to dispute the charges with my bank and 15 minutes later I received an email letting me know that I will be receiving a refund in 1 to 4 days and if I do not receive a refund I will, in fact, file a claim. This company as well as others do the same thing and get you when you check that little box. I worked for a financial institution for many years in the claims dept and this was the majority of the claims every day. These companies know that people do not read the terms and agreements.

Do not signup for RealtyStore.com. I cancelled the same day I signed up as I read several bad reviews and that it is hard to cancel. Their cancel chat link doesn't work, cant get ahold of anyone. I sent them a message to customer service stating that I wanted to cancel the service. They never replied and their website chat doesn't show a date/time stamp so can't use as proof with credit card company. Been fighting with them for 3 months. Not only that but in the 3 months that I was paying I never once received any of their services! Not a reputable company. Gay Guilott from Guilott Realty

I signed up prior to reading reviews unfortunately. Initially I signed up for a trial offer only to view foreclosure information on ONE home. After I signed up the site kept having "technical difficulties" for at least a week not allowing me to view the information I signed up to view. Finally, after I was able to view the information I needed I contacted them to delete my account and cancel my trial. Apparently they did not. I got billed the following month. Again I called to cancel. This time they sent a confirmation notice so I assumed all was well. Not the case. Two months later they took out of my account again! Currently Im in a dispute with them. Horrible business practices and rude customer service. I would avoid them at all costs.
