Rick from Realtystore.com called me. Free leads for first month, then $24.00 a month. After reading all the complaints, I wrote him a letter and sent this website so he could see for himself that no one was happy.
Hopefully they will go out of business and not bother anyone else..
Charged me $50 after i had apready cancelled. Totally not worth the mix up. When i asked for my refund i was told i could only receive half of the money to my bank account and the other half was a gift card? No thank you. Beware
I am a part time investor and I use the site regularly for information on homes to
Purchase, I signed up and got a 7 day trial for a dollar, the site clearly explained that after my trial period it would be $49.60 per month for access to the information I was looking for. I have dealt with other sites that hide that in the small print after giving you a free trial but I like the way these guys do it, they charge a dollar so you know that something is being charged it clearly stated how to cancel. But I loved the information I was getting so I did not cancel, I did have some things that I did not understand so I called their customer service team who walked me right through it on a Sunday, it was awesome and they had Customer service reps here in America that I could actually understand. Grade A customer service, Grade A information, I could not be happier, I have bought 3 houses that I have found on this site and turned a profit on all of them, Highly recommend them, Thank you Realtystore.com!
I was looking for farm property and found an add for a foreclosed bank-owned farm for $48,000 on their website. It stated "click here for Pictures and Details." After clicking I was told to pay $1.00, which I did. What I found was no pics, and no description, but it showed it was sold a year earlier for $108,000. A waste of my time. While signing up I was asked on about 10 screens to subscribe to various credit monitoring sites, etc. View their terms so you'll see it's a recurring subscription. I immediately canceled my subscription. Why would I want to pay anything to see a property that sold a year ago, with no pics or description. I later found it on a Google Search not needing any of the information they provided. SCAM website that just uses other sites data and doesn't keep it up to date.
TRIED SITE FOR 1.00 FOR 1 MONTH THEN REPEATEDLY CHARGED ME 49.60 I LOGGED INTO THEIR SITE AND CANCELED THEY STILL CONTINUE TO CHARGE,,, HAD TO DISPUTE 3 MONTHS OF CHARGES!
Does anyone know a site to look at foreclosure other than Realty Store
RealtyStore has been charging a credit card that I dont even possess. They used my name and email, but charged an account that sits dormant that I dont even have the credit card for and they have been charging it for months. These scum Bags should be sued and I am filing with the BBB and writing my states General Attorney's office.
I am a realtor with a condo for sale. It is owned free and clear. This same condo is showing on Realty Star as a foreclosure. Photos are not even of the right condo - actually the photo is of a dumpster!
I was interested at first and was hooked on the 99 cent offer. I checked it out one evening and wasn't impressed so I cancelled that same night. Never checked out my credit card for anything abnormal. Periodicity noticed a $49.60 charge butt thought it must be for something else. That was shame on me. This went on for about a year. Yeah you can laugh but it happens from time to time. I couldn't get anywhere with them but thank God the credit card company has some power and knows how to handle these type of people. I guess common sense and watch your back.
Why so much bad press? It sounds like a rip off service. Every complaint say the same things others say. I'm going to check with the Attorney generals office in Florida.
I gave them my credit card # months ago for a $. 99 fee, and I just realized they've been billing my card $49.60 a month, as a so-called membership fee!
I don't know why such business are on operation
All the information is nor correct, listing price, size, contact info and...

Cancelled account within minutes of signing up at Realtor.com. Received continued charges from Realty Store. Totally scam and phishing site. Unable to reach by phone. Endless loop of ads and mention of call wait time... longer for each recording.
Yes, I fell for the great $1 deal & signed up. However after 10 minutes in and finding some interesting properties, I started calling the listed contact numbers associated with each home for sale. ALL numbers were either wrong, no longer in service, a private residence, a company that was 'giving away free cruises' and one for Chase Bank customer service. DO NOT FALL for this scam-this company needs to be shut down and reported to your local BBBureau. I cross checked properties with Zillow & all that I had found were not for sale although TheRealtyStore advertised them as currently on the market. Buyer beware!
Properties that are not for sale; properties that have been sold for some time; properties not on the lists of agents stated. This site is a complete waste of time. One example (from a few) - we went to see a house prior to contacting an agent to see if we wanted to view - an hour's round trip. It was great and we called to make an appointment. We left a voice message on the listed agents voice-mail. He was kind enough to get back to me and inform me that the property was sold two years ago! And advised me not to use the site. I cancelled my subscription immediately. I was aware of the monthly charges, it's in the terms and conditions, but it's not even worth a dollar.
The website has listings for homes for sale and for rent that have my company name linked to them. I get calls from people wanting to see my rental listings from the website- of which I have none and got an e-mail from a person who was very angry that I had their home listed as a foreclosure, which it was not. The site clearly operates by charging people monthly fees which go unnoticed by many users. As far as I can tell none of the listings are real, and none of the property contacts are real. They seem to choose random address and random realtor names to contact. BBB has an A+ rating on these scamsters in spite of tons of complaints. They also run rentbeforebuying.com- registered to the same physical address, with different website and customer service phone number. Customer service operators play dumb. What a racket, seems these companies can't be shut down.
Unsolicited call, never received a lead, nothing and they charged my $49.60 a month. Luckily I was reviewing my credit card charges. It was difficult for to get them to stop charging me the monthly fee $150 total down the drain for no services.
Sounded good, but I should have known better. Unsolicited call, I took the 30 day free trial. Was able to contact only 2 of over 25 leads. Neither of these folks knew why I was calling, and only one had ever heard of therealtystore.com. I believe strongly that they are just sending random names, email, and phone numbers from some other source, making it look like leads. There are no leads, only contact information, that I could get from, say, the white pages.
Terrible experience! This company is a scam. Be sure to read the fine print - they start charging you $49.60/month after 7 days of use.
This is fraudulent. They charge 50 $ every month without your knowledge. They don't send any bill /email about the charges.
They have to be sued in court. So that no body ever dare to do this same.
Answer: I believe they were not up to date.
