I used the $1,00 trial and then never used the service again. Also, I tried to log into the service and change password and my email was not recognized. I found a billing on my credit card on Oct 19, then in the month of November, both November and December billing had posted on my credit card. They feel they have the right to bill when they want. They seem to be a scam...people have complained that their homes are listed on their site as in foreclosure on the BBB service. In fact, the home was and they corrected it but why was it posted wrong in the first place. Why not refund people for not using your fake service. 49.60$ a month. WHat a joke! Poor, poor service.
I was really sad when i found out that all they told me where lies, i was really glad to meet my aid M E R S E Y H I P and get the case settled.
They lure you in with a trail period, not for free like most offers but for $1. Thats so they can get your credit card number. They know people forget so they can charge you later. The information is available elsewhere for free from sites like Zillow, Trulia and Realtor.com ( BTW - not actually associated with the National Association of Realtors but owned by Media Mogul News Corp / Rupert Murdoch). Try to cancel and they offer repeated discounts and offers. Classic actions of a scam artist at work. Just say NO
Waited a half hour gor viewing of property.Another couple showed up and went to the duplexes door.We had got tired of standing on the front lawn waiting. So we went and sat in our car and called to see what was going on.Finaly a lady showed up,l got out of my car and met the woman on the side walk. She didn't address herself or ask anybody their names.Told me to wait outside while she showed the home to the other couple.l waited another half hour standing on the lawn of the home.l called the office and they were rude and asked if l was still thete waiting?l laughed and hung up!
AT least one third of listings are already sold, some nearly a year ago. I had to use Zillow (a free site!) to check actual availability of a home - whether foreclosure or standard resale. NOT worth the money.
Realty store's sales person called me and offered absolute free leads for 14 days. However they charged me $249 on day one. This was even before I created my profile on their website. When I called the number, bo one ever picks up. No one calls you back of you leave a VM. Fraud is the name of their game.
I think it is a scam. They offer you for good quality Leads but when you sign up, you only receive poor quality leads.85% does not even answer their phones and remaining 15% either say that they have no idea how I got their number or simply say that they're not in market. Very poorly managed company.
Realtors, stay away from this service! They offer a 14 day trial for realtors. I only got one bogus, waste of time lead. I was unable to cancel through my account and had to call into the office only to be put through a phone circus with agents who harass you to keep the worthless service. The first agent refused to cancel my account and made an excuse that another department had to call me back. Had to call my credit card company and flag the billing as fraud. Don't do it. Stay away!
Prepare to be amazed by a service that goes above and beyond, delivering remarkable results that transform your business into a powerhouse of success. In just a short trial period, this exceptional service enabled me to seal the deal on not one, but TWO incredible business opportunities!
Initially, I made the hasty decision to cancel my account, but the undeniable truth soon became clear: the leads generated by this service are genuine, paving the way for unparalleled success. I couldn't ignore the fact that I was potentially walking away from a goldmine.
Do not sign up! I had a very hard time canceling. Finally got an email confirmation that they did. Then the next month, we were charged again. Called them up and they said it was canceled the month before and they wanted my credit card info to search to see why it was charged. Not giving the info and not believing them. We ended up canceling those credit cards so there would be no future charges. Save your money and go to a free site.
I joined RealtyStore on September. 9,2023 and canceled (or so I thought) 3 hours later when I had a warning about suspicious activity on my credit card. Yesterday they billed me on the same card - which my credit card went ahead and canceled and is issuing a new card! These are thieves! I'm telling you do not do business with these crooks - you will regret it! PS - they got the 1 star - because I felt charitable!
I signed up in September of 2022 and cancelled shortly after because I never used it. I just got a notification From my credit card company that I have a late payment on my card. I haven't used that card and didn't know what could be charged to it. I called realty store and explained to them I cancelled this a year ago and it Shouldn't be charging me. I was offered a discount and a gift card which I declined and asked for a full refund in which she stated she cancelled my account but they don't offer refunds because the policy says so. Such a scam I haven't logged in or used this in over a year and cancelled it over a year ago to top it off and they somehow checked for recurring payment to charge me every year anyways. I hope they get a class action lawsuit against them for fraud! They also said it was monthly charge not I'll charge you randomly in a year from now.
I joined this app five days ago, and there's no way for me to view the homes, because it keeps telling me i need to join, I am going to cancel this scam, because I don't know why you would set up a site & not give the option to login. I do hope they don't bill me after I canceled this nonsense.
I paid $1 for a couple day trial. I did not subscribe to anything additional. But that didn't stop them from taking $50 out of my acct. I want my money back. I hope it's resolved before I have to take it to the BBB.
I was very disappointed when nobody got back to me on over 6 houses. Prices high and not many in the area specified. Many auctions and many listings gutted houses or better for investors. I canceled and got charged for trial 2x plus reg monthly price. Never again.
My $1 trial goes another two weeks but I found another home I wanted so I called to cancel my membership because we found a home through a family friend and no longer wanted this service. The person on the phone tried multiple times to avoid answering my question if my service was actually canceled as I kept requesting. He kept saying "You can continue using this until Jan 14 at no extra charge. Finally, I got a little frustrated and forced him to answer my question "Is my service canceled and will I get charged after the 14th? Finally, after asking that same question four or five times he said "Oh, no I can cancel that now but you'll miss out on all these great listings" When I confirmed I wanted to cancel now, he got very agitated with me. I got an email confirmation saying my membership was canceled but would NOT recommend them to anyone because of how manipulative and deceiving this conversation felt.
This company randomly selects thousands of homes to list on their site as "foreclosed", even if the home isn't in foreclosure. This is an unscrupulous way of helping them appear more valuable than they actually are. They have listed one of my rental properties as "foreclosed" when then the property is completely paid off, and free and clear of any debt. When I zoomed in on the image, it turns out to be the image from Google street view (see attached). I'm guessing they're paying staff to use Google street view to randomly select and list houses in each area.
Did not come close to the number of leads the said would come. Every home that the few leads viewed had been sold more than a year prior. I was told I was on a trial basis. Cancelled my accounts. They billed me for two months and still fighting to get my money back.
Rick from Realtystore.com called me. Free leads for first month, then $24.00 a month. After reading all the complaints, I wrote him a letter and sent this website so he could see for himself that no one was happy.
Hopefully they will go out of business and not bother anyone else..
Scam...only here to sell your information. Stay clear! Site is months behind on listings. Embarrassing when calling about listings that have already been auctioned, sold, or short sold.
Answer: I believe they were not up to date.
