Never ever sing in with this Company.
I signed up for the seven week trial and then never used it again. They charged my card for seven months and then only refunded me for three! They are NOT an excellent company as they say on their phone message. They are scammers. Don't try the service unless you plan to cancel quick!
I have a great customer service provided to me today. The person who took care of me was very professional, willing to help, understanding and expeditiously worked with my concerns. Great professional thank you.
Cancelled account within minutes of signing up at Realtor.com. Received continued charges from Realty Store. Totally scam and phishing site. Unable to reach by phone. Endless loop of ads and mention of call wait time... longer for each recording.
Customer support was very helpful with my cancellation a few months back due to the plandemic... they were fast, personable and thorough. Now that phase 2 reopening i decided to give them another shot... it took a too long on the phone to reinstate my platform... I would much rather be able to do this from my end...
Sounded good, but I should have known better. Unsolicited call, I took the 30 day free trial. Was able to contact only 2 of over 25 leads. Neither of these folks knew why I was calling, and only one had ever heard of therealtystore.com. I believe strongly that they are just sending random names, email, and phone numbers from some other source, making it look like leads. There are no leads, only contact information, that I could get from, say, the white pages.
My review will not be good I have called two times to get refunded the $49.60 back because I had canceled my account within three days when I got it I am still waiting on a refund. The gentleman I talk with this morning was very polite and reassured me that I would get reimbursed.
Looking to get a bigger house for my family here in San Diego. Came across this website and decided to try it out. Lots of good listings and it's easy to navigate. Very helpful in my search so far. Ivón Belov
For weeks I tried to get into this site. I called for instructions, called to complain, then called to cancel. At that point they dropped the price from $49.95 to $9.95 a month, went thru the steps to sign in with me & assured me I would not have anymore problems. I was never able to sign in & they refused to refund any of the money I paid them. In my opinion, this business should be run out of town! Run, don't walk, away from this site! I DO NOT recommend realtystore.com!
Super convenient, easy to use, and an overall great platform to search open listings and real estate. As a second time home buyer, I found it really easy to use and discovered that there were some listings that were not available on other sites. It definitely gave me the advantage having more listings then some of other real estate listing sites. Highly recommend!
I am a REALTOR® who tried RS's "free trial." I cancelled the service PRIOR to the end of the trail period, both in writing and with a phone call. They are now continuing to bill me monthly for service they are not providing, nor did I request.
With the current housing market situation I just wanted to gage the market and see what my options are. Came across this website and found it to be a great resource. I'm not ready to make a move right now but definitely have a better understanding of where I stand and where I need to be.
Realtystore.com has been using one of my real estate listings that sold in 2013 to con people into paying for a list of homes that aren't actually available. I get emails and calls on the property all the time and since there's nothing available in Colorado anywhere near that price range anymore, it's a waste of my time. I really don't appreciate them using my listing to rip people off.
There are a bunch of these sites out there. Many are lowsy. There are only a few that are good quality at all, foreclosure radar and realtystore are the two I tried and liked best. Realtystore does cost about $40 per month, but when you sign up, it costs $1 (plus i got a $25 restaurant coupon), and then I was not surprised to get billed each month. They tell you that when you register... some people are not reading the terms that are right next to the register button. Anyway, the site has lots of detail on every property. Better than most.
I was interested at first and was hooked on the 99 cent offer. I checked it out one evening and wasn't impressed so I cancelled that same night. Never checked out my credit card for anything abnormal. Periodicity noticed a $49.60 charge butt thought it must be for something else. That was shame on me. This went on for about a year. Yeah you can laugh but it happens from time to time. I couldn't get anywhere with them but thank God the credit card company has some power and knows how to handle these type of people. I guess common sense and watch your back.
I was looking for farm property and found an add for a foreclosed bank-owned farm for $48,000 on their website. It stated "click here for Pictures and Details." After clicking I was told to pay $1.00, which I did. What I found was no pics, and no description, but it showed it was sold a year earlier for $108,000. A waste of my time. While signing up I was asked on about 10 screens to subscribe to various credit monitoring sites, etc. View their terms so you'll see it's a recurring subscription. I immediately canceled my subscription. Why would I want to pay anything to see a property that sold a year ago, with no pics or description. I later found it on a Google Search not needing any of the information they provided. SCAM website that just uses other sites data and doesn't keep it up to date.
Signed up as an agent to get so called prequalified leads. Not even close to the truth, They have buyers sign up for a free trial and then when this happens they send you their info. I called and text every one of the ones that were sent. Almost 95% never responded either answering or to the text message. The couple that did, 1 was a complete whack job, another desperate for anyone to listen to sob story needing any type of home begging to have a miracle worked for them. Another said leave them the F. Alone. ETC.
These are not quality leads.
Also the info. On their site is way outdated. Ex. As an agent as well as investor in Foreclosures, I had seen on their site homes that I had personally purchased and sold stating that they were actively in pre foreclosure. One I currently own for almost a year also on here stated as the same.
They also went by a previous name before that I found out was just as bad.
Charged me $50 after i had apready cancelled. Totally not worth the mix up. When i asked for my refund i was told i could only receive half of the money to my bank account and the other half was a gift card? No thank you. Beware
I received around 50 leads from RealtyStore.com in the short time I was with them (around a weeks time). Unfortunately, not a single one responded to my emails or texts or phone calls, and a majority of them weren't even contactable. I emailed customer service regarding a question I had about a buyer/seller designation (Buying or Selling: agent_opcity_ss) and they directed me to call customer service. When I called customer service they had no answer and told me they would send it to another department and someone would call me back that same day. NOT! So I tried again, NOPE.
I called today to cancel my subscription/membership and GUESS WHAT?! They have to "send it to another department who, "rest assured" could handle it for me" WTAF? What good is a customer service department that 1) doesn't know basic answers for customer questions 2) can only "send" the question/inquiry somewhere else to be answered?!?! Don't waste your time with this one. 10 zip codes, 0 useful leads, -100 customer service rating.
But at least (at this point!) I'm not out any money. Requested my cancellation within my free trail.
Realtystore has contacted me to offer a 30 days free trial and told me that I can have all the zip codes that are available for $24.95. When I check my online banking, I was charged $99.00+, I contacted Realtystore and told them that I have never agreed to the charge of $99.00+ and they told me that for each zip codes, it cost $24.95 and I told them that was not the correct information that was provided to me, they won't refund my money and all the leads was going to me are with bad credits that could not qualify and I do not even get it daily but I will file a complaint with State of Nevada Consumer's Affairs for this malpractice of Marketing for misleading information. None proof of purchase that they can offer me.
Answer: I believe they were not up to date.
