I spent a lot of time searching for the best plugin to create a real estate website.
Realtyna was the answer for me:)
It's just brilliant!

We enjoy the capabilities of the system... but, a lot of the information is non-existent on how to configure. Some weirdness happened where the data for MLS pulls broke after an update. Support was able to fix it, but have never explained what happened, and if we can do this fix ourselves.

I am hesitant to use it again, unless I see a major effort to create better documentation.

This is an extensive plugin and requires time to understand all of the features and functionality. I needed support regarding configuration, and all issues or questions were addressed promptly and efficiently. My company is currently running another third party real estate backend, and before switching we wanted to make sure that with the WPL Pro we could get increased control and possibilities for our real estate website. To date, the extensive functionality and technical support all seem to confirm that this will be the case.

This company has a very experienced team. All of my questions were answered and they guided me through to the completion of my project. They did even a better job than what I visioned. I love my website!

I would like to take this opportunity to applaud Realtyna for their Support Team. My website was unable to process WPL's latest update and the whole thing crashed. My web hosting provider could not resolve the problem at all and I am not tech savvy enough for that type of IT issue. I submitted a support ticket and a technician named Howard P. Reached out. It took a few days because of access issues and serious problems with site incompatibilities but he continued to help me until he fixed the problem. He went above and beyond normal support to restore my site and enable WPL to work correctly. Top marks for the support received. Thanks Realtyna!

I am not in the real estate industry so it was a bit of a challenge when asked to build a site for a new real estate brokerage. After some researching I found this plugin. I am glad that I did! Once I had read the manual I was able to add properties as well as agents without any difficulty. Well done to the development team and also a thank you to the support team because they were very quick to answer my questions - second to none.

Anyone reading these reviews can easily see the best feature of this plug-in is the support coverage that is included for the first year when you purchase the plug in. The support team at Realytna listened to our needs and responded quickly. Most of the support has been done on a personal basis through email, so the forum here does not completely represent their great service - you couldn't ask for better support.

The plug-in has alot of great features... it would be impossible to list them all here. However, it is obvious that a lot of time and effort was invested into creating an extremely flexible plug-in. Most of the options are database based and easy to adapt, add to or change.

The WPL plugin has undergone multiple updates since it was first published. For the first time, people actually look forward to receiving new updates from a plugin!

Some areas for improvement... (Howard, I know you're reading this)... listing the agents with their properties is a nice touch. It would be a cool addition to be able to list a company and show their agents. A Featured Company widget could then be added.

Personally, I would like for this plug-in to be a bit more generic. It works great for properties, but with a few minor tweaks, it could be used for other things as well. For example, make the titles a database field as well. You could then change Company, Agents and Properties to Dealers, Salesmen and Vehicles making this plug-in do for the automotive business what it does for real estate.

Realtyna's WPL plugin is a very comprehensive real estate plugin. The views and widgets make it extremely easy to customize to match your WordPress theme, and the back-end aspect provides complete control over your website. As a developer, you can't ask for much more. Still amazed that this is plugin is available for free. Great work Realtyna!

I researched many companies before deciding which platform was the best for my needs regarding my real estate website. I found Realtyna's WPL plugin very professional. All systems are email based and I like this because all of the work that is done on my projects and conversations are recorded. This keeps track of the communication and all of the information is stored in one place for quick reference in the future. There turnaround time to respond to ticket submissions for support is 48 hours. However, they are very good to respond quicker most of the time and their answers are very helpful.
I am really satisfied with the WPL plugin, and because it's compatible with the WPML plugin, I am going purchase the Organic MLS integration Service that they offer soon

Impressive software that's very customizable. There's a lot of capability within the software to stylize it like you'd like, but like anything web related, to make it truly yours you should know some CSS, HTML and perhaps a bit of PHP. Mind you, if you don't you'll be fine.

The support for the software is unlike any other software I've ever used. I paid for the Pro plugin as that's where you'll benefit the most from the plugin's functionality, but got just as much support before doing so.

I would like to see some more instruction as to the development and configuration and such. There are some manuals but they could be more extensive. Regardless, that doesn't change my rating of 5 stars.

I've purchased a lot of software over the last 25 years and WPL is probably the best of the web-based. Very happy with the purchase. Keep up the good work.

I chose the WPL PRO plug in and I am very pleased with the result. During the development process of the website I contacted Realtyna's support with a question. It was answered in a very timely fashion and I quickly received the desired results. Great job Realtyna

Thanks a lot, WPL plugin has all the functions for real estate agency. Pretty easy to setup and use. If you need some deep modifications they have fast support to solve any problem.

It doesn't appear to be heavy at all, it looks GREAT with a default configuration, the presentation layout is high caliber stuff.

It required zero configuration really, I wanted to just test it and entered some basic property information only, and when I started checking my pages and applying

I would say that plugin makers take note, a new bar is establishing itself and the days of the functional yet flat plugin days may be behind us, this is great.

Great quick feedback and really try to solve the problem. Would appreciate to if there was a chat after the escalation was not solved for 2-3 email ping pong and that you then got access to a direct talk to solve the problems.

I love this system as it is the most elaborate one around. Everything is customizable and support is real quick and to the point. Would recommend to anyone!

I have to say that this has to be one of the best plugins I've ever worked with. It has all the functions that one would need to start a RE website and each function is handled efficiently and is easy to use. One of the best features of this plugin is actually their support staff, which are quick to respond and professional in helping you get everything set up.

At first glance their menus are filled with an overwhelming amount of database tables, but when you explore each section you are actually glad that they have put so much thought and effort into the structure of the Database. It has almost everything you need to get started and only requires some minor tweaks to personalize it.

The features itself are organized nicely and easy to find through their own menus in the sidebar. They get even better with the sections added with their Pro version.

Their Pro version came with set up and installation of their plugin, which really helped out. They went through each step to get my plugin and theme up and running in just a few days.

Overall A++

Everything was fantastic Doing well and all attempted tasks carried out to satisfaction. The staff are professional in their dealings.
