The fee, which is onetime fee and for the products depends on the package you put together. There is a core solution (WPL Pro) and over 30 add-ons. The cost of the website depends on what add-ons you would like to get. It starts from $199, with the core solution. Please do contact the sales team through the website. They will help you put your package together, and also they can help you through bundles. Q. Do I need to get a RETS feed also? A. As for the RETS feed, for doing Organic MLS Integration, it would be required, and usually we can help our clients get the feed, considering that we are approved vendor of many MLSs in US and Canada. Please make sure to mention the name of the MLS in your message to the team, so they can assist you if the feed could be provided through us. My brokerage is using Unlimited Realtyna CRM since 2016. There are a few things that you should know: - As we are not paying per seat per user, we are happy. So far, saved a lot of monthly bills. - There is one important point for using package that you need to customize it according to your specific needs. We spent some time and resources for customizing it and now, it's fully match with what we need. So if you don't have the resource to customize it further, take a look at current features and make sure it covers what you expect.

Hi George, The main difference is the number of supported child websites. Basically, in Broker version, you can support up to 250 and in portal version up to 5000.
