My experience has been absolutely horrible with Realtyna. I'm going on two months and my site is a disaster & still sitting on their testing server.

They do not answer my questions promptly, they do not keep me updated & they do not use the telephone to communicate.

How were any of these reviewers able to get the level of customer service they claim here & I'm having such a horrible experience?

Hello Jennifer,

I am really sorry to hearing from you, but I have an good experience with Realtyna,
As I know them, They are very hard workers are responsible for their projects
Maybe your site issue not related to them or maybe they should investigate more about the issues,
Never occurred to me that they do not answer my question. Please be patient more.
And if you have any problem you can be in touch with them in your ticket easily.

I am having the same experience. It's horrible. Over a month and the emails are getting more disrespectful and rude.

I had so many problems with getting quality support from them that when I left a bad review on Google, instead of trying to sort out the problem and frustrations, they posted I ruined their coding (I never touched it) and that I didn't know what I was doing (Ive been doing web coding for 20 years), after FIVE MONTHS, being 90% completed and in it for thousands of $ of billable time I dropped the project and requested a refund. The sales manager sent me a release form to sign that included an agreement not to leave any bad reviews and then told me when I refused that part, that he was going to tell my client what a bad designer I was... like I was talking to a bunch of 12 year olds! If you do ANY custom work and want an IDX platform to integrate into your WP Themes, stay very far away from Realtyna and its "support" team.

I would use caution when checking out the "sample" websites. Many are just invented samples and not live sites for active real estate companies. Some are incomplete. Some are circular. I would not have fully researched this unless I was familiar with the area and neighborhood. Once I realized the information on that site was inaccurate, I began looking more closely at the other samples.

Believe me, I would LOVE to write a wonderful review. I am sure these individuals can be very nice people. The company has not delivered. Maybe they will learn from this situation. I hope so. I would love for my situation to turn around.

This is the worst company ever to deal with. They lead us on, never gave us the service we paid for, never could get in touch with them either. They took our money and we still do not have a site. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I GUARANTEE THE GOOD REVIEWS ARE FRIENDS

Why you can't call them, they are Online in Skype all the time, I see in the top of this site http://rpl.realtyna.com/ their Phone number.
Follow up your task with their team and enjoy with their great job.
