Let the buyer beware EVERY review I have read on EVERY site has been a one star. And that is because you must give a company some level of rating. Otherwise, I am sure the rating would be zero stars. And most reviewers are saying the same thing: cheap product, belated or no shipping, poor customer communication, fraudulent claims. Sadly, we did not do our due diligence. Hopefully we are saving some of you from pain of your own. Amazon, Facebook, and any other tech giant should ban them from their site. Period. These retailers (yes, retailers) are complicit in the scam. (P.S. I bought several pairs for my nieces, so sadly, I am deep in the hole.) I have attached pics of my package, but the pictures cannot convey the overwhelming odor of synthetic material in the bags.
Barbara, Our support coverage is crystal clear for all of the clients to read prior to purchase. Changing logo in Wordpress, adding your phone number, removing Lorem Ipsom Dolor from your Wordpress is not part of the software purchase agreement that you signed. Again, as we clearly mentioned in the agreed support coverage, we are not providing support over the phone for technical and security reasons. Anyway, you received several courtesy calls from our team explaining all of this to you, and in many occasions we went beyond our responsibilities in your project. For sure, you should hire a third party webmaster if you like to change your logo or updating your WordPress pages. This has nothing to do with our software.
