Realtyna has developed a comprehensive package with lots of potentially usefull add-ons, should the need arise. Mainly aimed at the US market at the start, their support is very ractive making this product truly international.

I am not in the real estate industry so it was a bit of a challenge when asked to build a site for a new real estate brokerage. After some researching I found this plugin. I am glad that I did! Once I had read the manual I was able to add properties as well as agents without any difficulty. Well done to the development team and also a thank you to the support team because they were very quick to answer my questions - second to none.

Realtyna's WPL plugin is a very comprehensive real estate plugin. The views and widgets make it extremely easy to customize to match your WordPress theme, and the back-end aspect provides complete control over your website. As a developer, you can't ask for much more. Still amazed that this is plugin is available for free. Great work Realtyna!

We have not even had our website up and running and I can't give this company a low enough rating. Twice our current website was removed and a developer site was installed in its place. Yes, and a good to Lorem Ipsom Dolor to you! This is actually what was posted and went live on our website. No company contact info. No current company inventory detail. No representative information. In light of the included information, I supposed it was a good thing our contact info was not listed. People would have thought we were a little nuts. Mind you, this was not only once, but twice. Realtyna has this cute little policy where they will not talk to you on the phone. You must submit a trouble ticket and they will reply within 24 to 48 hours. Or at their convenience, if at all. And when they do, it will be with a text book, boiler plate answer directing you back to their unhelpful help section or their manual. Well, if I could have found the answer in the manual, I would not have called or submitted a ticket in the first place.

My advice? Get another developer or find a way to do it yourself. Do not rely on Realtyna for support. Of any sort. I wish I could say something good about them, but after waiting for more than 6 weeks for delivery of our new website, I am just hoping I can hold on and get help from knowledgeable people once this thing is delivered.

Realtyna responded immediately when I sent in a ticket. Then they continuously followed up with a number of emails until the problem was resolved. I am very satisfied with the help I received with the WPL plugin. It is now working great and is a valuable addition to our site.

These guys from Realtyna have really built a great plugin for managing a real estate website. Literally everything in the plugin is highly customizable. Some settings are hard to find, but you just send their support team an email and theyll either fix it for you or point you to the place where the setting can be changed. We managed to customize the plugin exactly as we wanted. Great work!

This is an extensive plugin and requires time to understand all of the features and functionality. I have been interested in building a Broker's Exchange Portal for quite some time now. I looked at Joomla's RTA (Realtyna) solution but was disappointed not at RTA's capabilities but at how complex can Joomla be. Then after a renewed interest in my project I looked back at Realtyna solutions and really liked what I saw in their WPL solution. None the less, my project is not a "template" type solution, meaning a knew I will need probably quite a few changes, therefore the ability to handle changes was really important to me. Without disclosing too much at this point as my project is not live yet, I am really happy with my decision to go with WPL. I am using quite a few modules and for the most part they are great but the real winner for me is Realtyna's approach to changes in WPL. I think the concept was borrowed from Joomla and it makes life really easy for those of us needing changes but still interested in maintaining support from Realtyna's team. The support group is marvelous and very responsive. What more can you ask?: great software/great support!

I researched many companies before deciding which platform was the best for my needs regarding my real estate website. I found Realtyna's WPL plugin very professional. All systems are email based and I like this because all of the work that is done on my projects and conversations are recorded. This keeps track of the communication and all of the information is stored in one place for quick reference in the future. There turnaround time to respond to ticket submissions for support is 48 hours. However, they are very good to respond quicker most of the time and their answers are very helpful.
I am really satisfied with the WPL plugin, and because it's compatible with the WPML plugin, I am going purchase the Organic MLS integration Service that they offer soon
