We are so pleased WPL Pro and mostly with the support. We are no tech guys, know a little about websites and all, but with WPL it is all possible. Even though we are still learning we have a great site now, which looks as done by professionals.
Maybe a little more KB on the Theme28 will be helpful to others like us, even though the support team covers it all!

Impressive software that's very customizable. There's a lot of capability within the software to stylize it like you'd like, but like anything web related, to make it truly yours you should know some CSS, HTML and perhaps a bit of PHP. Mind you, if you don't you'll be fine.
The support for the software is unlike any other software I've ever used. I paid for the Pro plugin as that's where you'll benefit the most from the plugin's functionality, but got just as much support before doing so.
I would like to see some more instruction as to the development and configuration and such. There are some manuals but they could be more extensive. Regardless, that doesn't change my rating of 5 stars.
I've purchased a lot of software over the last 25 years and WPL is probably the best of the web-based. Very happy with the purchase. Keep up the good work.
I've worked with many plugins and I must say their WPL plugin for WordPress is the best. I am not tech but KB Articles on the template were very helpful for me. The Theme28 is very wonderful and easy to configure. I am so impressed with their patience and honesty, I had a lot of issue and query, but they always helped me less that 24 hours. The WP Real Estate Plugin is to real estate websites what WooCommerce plugin is to online shops.
It is highly packed with features and very customizable in all aspects.
This is the best Real Estate plugin I have worked with. I tried a few before settling on WPL.
The support is brilliant and the response time is quick and accurately addresses what your issue is. .
I would recommend you take the offer of a free one time setup with the PRO version as there is a lot of settings.
I chose the learning curve and did most of the initial settings myself as I wanted to learn all of the features.
The plugin loads the settings pages very quickly so I think there is some smart programming in the software.
As a background I have 17 years experience as a web developer and web server manager.
I switched to WordPress about 3 years ago as a development platform as I felt that WordPress had matured as a platform.
The support team logged into our site and helped setup the RETS integration within 12 hours of when I submitted the issue. They have been tremendously helpful and professional. Great support!

I had been through a number of real estate themes and real estate listings plugins and all were falling short with limited functionality and limited to less than ideal support. I am currently trying to get my website up and running after many frustrating weeks of back and forth with the support team - they are not located in the US and so every email right is not returned until at least 24 hours later. I paid $250 for the WPL and it has an extremely confusing back end and zero documentation about how it all works. They'll try to send you to the "Knowledge Base" which is just a bunch of jumbled articles about a few issues you may have. Much of the service staff doesn't not understand or write in English and they emails I receive back make zero sense.
Also I paid $950 for the MLS integration and then they tried to start nickle and diming me for more money in order to customize the way the information is displayed on the website. Some of the titles are not even in proper English or make no sense to anyone that would be looking at the website, yet again, you'll have to pay more if you want them to change anything for you.
I am really busy trying to do other parts of my job and this has been an excruciatingly long and frustrating process. If you have other options, I would investigate them first.
Also, I doubt that the rest of these reviews are real.
Since a year I use now RPL for publishing of adverts of real estate sales and adverts for booking of holiday homes. The years before I used some other components from Yoomla. What is the differentce between RPL and other? I ask for a issue and in a very short time, normally in only some hours or less, I have the answer. If I have a problem, in a short time the RPL team has a solution for me. The RPL component works stable, before with other I had always too much bugs. Result: This component from RPL is GREAT and also it works multilingual. Thank you, you always impressed me!:-) So, I can recommend it for other professionals and company´s in real estate business and renting of holiday homes.

It doesn't appear to be heavy at all, it looks GREAT with a default configuration, the presentation layout is high caliber stuff.
It required zero configuration really, I wanted to just test it and entered some basic property information only, and when I started checking my pages and applying
I would say that plugin makers take note, a new bar is establishing itself and the days of the functional yet flat plugin days may be behind us, this is great.
In February we signed up with your company after being told we met the requirements to have our property search page complete. After we paid the $1149. 00 plus additional $350.00 for open houses we were told our Server company did not have enough file memory which we were never told from the beginning. Since we have unlimited file memory we did not understand why we were being asked to purchase your server services. Since your fees were above what we are able to afford since we are a small Real Estate company we were then told we needed a VPS in order for the service to work which was never told to us before we paid your company. We would never have moved forward with Realtyna had we known what was entailed. After numerous attempts of trying to speak with someone at Realtyna have a trail of emails confirming our lack of verbal communication. The $350.00 was for an Open House search which was never installed onto our website so we basically gave Realtyna more of our money for nothing in return. We asked for our money back via email to Melvin and Natan, but we were sent a refund policy stating there are not refunds given from your company yet we still do not have a search page or open house page. We were told to bring on our lawyers and your company welcomes any law suit since it will cost us more money than if we drop this. It is sad that companies are able to take peoples hard earned money and not deliver what was promised. We may not get our money back, but I will make sure I continually give negative reviews and will be contacting the Better Business Bureau.
We don't have such client. All of our clients are fully protected by Paypal Customer protection and we are not *taking* money from anybody unless they have full access to read our agreements for satisfaction guarantee, support coverage and server requirements. In case, that you had a real claim, or you were a real unhappy customer, you could easily open a Paypal dispute and they inform us immedaitly. We can totally understand our competitors may like to *abuse* the online review systems and even question other people's reviews.
For sure, there is a legal agreement in the review websites, and with necessary communications, it's possible to follow up such abusive actions and we are determined to do so. There is no hit-and-run here.
I have to say that this has to be one of the best plugins I've ever worked with. It has all the functions that one would need to start a RE website and each function is handled efficiently and is easy to use. One of the best features of this plugin is actually their support staff, which are quick to respond and professional in helping you get everything set up.
At first glance their menus are filled with an overwhelming amount of database tables, but when you explore each section you are actually glad that they have put so much thought and effort into the structure of the Database. It has almost everything you need to get started and only requires some minor tweaks to personalize it.
The features itself are organized nicely and easy to find through their own menus in the sidebar. They get even better with the sections added with their Pro version.
Their Pro version came with set up and installation of their plugin, which really helped out. They went through each step to get my plugin and theme up and running in just a few days.
