Had been working with American Trucks for over a month, they had multiple excuses as to why my order wasn't even getting done let alone being shipped. I ordered wheels and tires w/TPMS sensors and first told me had the wheels but no tires then it was silent after bugging and bugging them I got another excuse and then I received an email stating MY credit card was insufficient funds and just canceled my order. WELL NOT HERE, Chris was excellent In his job. He talked to me over email for I think 2 DAYS and I has what we both came to agreement over, wheels and tires and with the SAME credit card I have an order being made and sent to me. Great job Chris and Realtruck. Thank you, can't wait.

The lady I spoke was very helpful. I was looking for a new bed cover and needed it kind of quickly. She informed me the one I wanted was on back order for a couple weeks, she found one very similar to the original, helped out with the price difference, and assured me it would be shipping out in 2 days!
