Chose to go the Live Chat Route as there were many questions associated with this purchase, particularly Fitment. Worked with Agent designated as Nemesis and spent quite a bit of time exploring the purchase and possible alternate options. Agent Nemesis was very thorough and helpful during the entire process, which as you know is hampered somewhat with the technology speed as to questions/answers, etc. Nemesis recommended some product and I eventually purchased, hopefully, what I was looking for. Nemesis set up the purchasing criteria without a hitch and I would be happy to deal with him and Real Truck products in the future.

Order delay when 1 to 2 days shipping and was willing to pay extra. It's terrible to be promised something and service department knowingly it's not gonna deliver on time how do delivery goes from 1 to 2 days to 7 to 10 shipping FedEx. Very disappointing.
After trying to save a few bucks with a ebay seller (which turned into a disaster) proceeded on to Real Truck and all my problems were solved. Customer service representative Alex, professionalism, product knowledge and courtesy made this purchase the right and easy one. Ordered and expecting free quick shipping received email that is would ship out maybe 21 to 25 days later. Quite displeased to find this out and. I think Real Truck will be the last place I shop in the future is this arrives when they state they are shipping it.
I had a question about a price match and the chat person (Raul Torres) was very rude and unhelpful. He canceled the chat on me 2 or 3 times. When I started the chat again I somehow got stuck with him. So I'll just keep looking around or pay more, so this company doesn't get my business.
