I placed an order and part of the order had to be cancelled due to an nation wide back order. I used a one time use coupon code when I placed this order, so when I tried to order a replacement item for the cancelled one, it said that I couldn't use that code. I contacted the customer support and dealt with Victor Reina. I explained the circumstance and he assisted me with my order and honored the prior coupon code. He made the whole process very simple and I appreciate that very much. I've found that customer service is not what it use to be, and I normally find myself feeling less than appreciated as a customer. I can say that Mr Reina was the complete opposite of the normal customer service representative, he was awesome. I can't say enough about him, what an asset to the company he is. Thank you again.

Great Ordering process, transportation estimate of arrival was off by two days
I had an old roll top bed cover in my garage that I was going to put on my new truck. I was driving to North Carolina from New Jersey for a wedding. My wife and 2 daughters had dresses they needed to lay flat. So, the Saturday before I leave, I was going to put my old cover on my new truck (cover was in my garage for 4 years). Turns out, my old bed was 5' 7" and the new bed is 6' 4". Called Real Truck, spoke to Gary. He took my Vin number and I had the right bed cover the day before I was supposed to leave. Gary saved the day and the dresses! This is one happy customer. Thank you.

Just bought my truck on Saturday night and wanted to get the tonneau cover ordered ASAP! I had a coupon that wasn't working and I never thought anyone would be on to help me on a late Sunday evening. I was wrong! 15 min later, coupon applied, order complete! Great customer service.

No interest in matching and certainly not in beating. So, I wasted 20 minutes. The rep did not reveal that they didn't even have the tires in stock until after I spent time sending him the quote and having him review it.

The instructions left a lot to be desired. Had to read them over and over 4 or 5 times to begin to under stand them. I felt that the parts should have fit better, The plate that goes in the front, the bolts were to close together. The front large plate on the drivers side sits on the brake cable. The large front plate on the other side was to tall hade to push the floor up by using a hammer on it to get it in place. None of the pinch bolt holes matched, because neither of the front large plates fit right I had to git longer bolts to fit. Over all I must say ithought this would be easier to put together than it was (Not to pleased)

I order a goose neck hitch for my Ram3500. I received a hitch for a 2500. The replacement hitch was sent to very old address in Cali and I live in Texas now. This process delayed my installation about 3 weeks. Now I'm waiting on the 5th wheel hitch to adapt to the goose neck. I hope you get this one right.
