Ordering my two tonneau covers went smooth but when it came to changing my billing address and delivering address to my new address the sales person only changed my billing address and not my delivery address. My shipment is being delivered to my old address. Fed-ex sent me my tracking saying it was being delivered to my old address today. Very disappointed in what they call their expert sales staff.

My address was accidentally entered incorrectly into the shipping address by the customer service rep over the phone (my street address is difficult to spell). It was resolved quickly after the shipper denied to ship with no address populating in their system. They even expedited shipping for me. Will definitely be buying again in the future!

I made a purchase. Everything I say here I can support through emails. I was sent the wrong item. Things happen. For over 1 week I have been trying to get a return authorization. RealTruck keeps promising they are working on it but it has now been over a week. I am out $300 and I have the wrong item. RealTruck's customer service SUCKS! RealTruck takes your money, sends your the wrong item then won't assist you with the return. DON'T PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY!
