My first purchase at RealTruck has been very disappointing. I ordered the following item:

But instead, I received a totally different item. I have included the pictures of what I received below. The package I received reflects the correct part #, but again I received the wrong part. I am a new customer and this is my first order. I was very excited that I was able to order the product that I wanted at a great price! Needless to say, this inconvenience has not given me a positive impression of your company. I am the type of person that hates to waste my time. I feel that the multiple phone calls, long wait times, and back and forth emails have taken valuable time from my productivity.
Can this issue be rectified in a timely manner? How does your company compensate customers for such a huge inconvenience and unpleasant experience?

Needed the cover in 2.5 days for a trip, and the free quick delivery for the FX3 says 2-3 days. The sales associate said for me to get it on time, I had to pay for the express shipping that resulted in the same timeline.
Received it in the 2.5 days. The one drill hole cracked the fiberglass, and there was a dent in one of the panels. Still was able to be installed and works, but for the price I paid, I expected better and hope the crack doesn't spread.
Suggestion for all, use the video instructions. Way easier to follow than the paper provided.

Awesome service! I called to see if they had a cover in stock, they said they had 3 and it would be delivered Thursday. Two days is all it took! I'd ordered the same cover from ETrailer 35 days prior to this one and still hadn't shipped! I canceled and re-ordered. Great Company!

All contact with RT personnel was very positive. Item sent very quickly.
FedEx like a lot of Mail/Shipping has not been good. Everybody's overwhelmed by the mess with Covid. Still waiting on someone to explain where the bumper is and arrange for delivery. Is it fair to knock RT for delivery issues? No but that's the way it is.
If things settle down with these shippers I would gladly use RT again. I have a better idea of how to get info from FedEx to insure I get my package next time.

I ordered a bumper that after more than I month I was finally told that item wasn't made anymore. So when asked what other bumper would work for me that still could handle a winch? There were non available from anybody! (Hard to believe that everyone that makes bumpers all decided to stop making the only one that would fit for my vehicle) So, anyway after a great deal of help from one of your specialist, I finally settled on a replacement style of bumper. And I mean we went over everything about it, and he even saved me the wait time for it to be made because he found one that was already assembled and in a warehouse ready to ship. (Like I could have it in 2 days instead of 12 weeks) So I settled on that item, only to have it be the wrong design of the bumper I settled on wh n it finally arrived! Oh well, what can I say?
Got my bug shield at a great price in super condition ( no shipping damage) in a timely manner! What more can you ask?
