It was a pleasure to deal with Real Truck. Although the tonneau cover that I ordered is somewhat disappointing. I ordered a ultraflex for my 21 Sierra and the rubber rails are not as smooth as I thought they would be. Also, the serial number sticker and the logo sticker on the back of the tonneau just falls off. The adhesive is no good. For the amount of money I spent, you would expect better quality for the price.

Because the products are custom made for every vehicle, I had to phone to double-check my order. I was walked through a precise description of my vehicle. I am now removing the new car mats that came with the vehicle and saving them. When I trade or sell the vehicle, the new mats will either replace or supplement the RealTruck inserts. The next consumer will witness no wear, no tear and have the option of using either set of mats. Perfect.

Called prior to placing order to get verbal confirmation item was in-stock and would arrive before my deadline. I placed my order and received an email that night informing it would be several weeks late. To get the item I needed I had to cancel and order from a different company. After canceling I was informed it would be several days (unknown amount of time to be specific) before I would actually receive the funds needed to place the order with a different company. This completely destroyed my timeline even though I had gone to the extra lengths of calling and confirming fulfillment speed to prevent any of these exact problems from happening

I found a bumper i wanted on a diffrent site and used the live chat and messaged with Chris Silva about a price match. In probably 10 minutes he said they would price match. I was at work and didn't have a chance to get my wallet out of my truck to submit a payemt. We were disconnected from the chat at some point but I received a email from Chris on how to submit a payment. Everything went smooth and my order got processed. Aswome customer service!
