We ordered one seat cover, it didn't fit. We are still waiting for a return label to send it back. My husband spoke to someone on the phone, trying to get the right seat cover for his truck. She suggested one, we ordered it. But when order confirmation came, the seat cover was nothing like he had explained. Trying to cancel that order, still haven't heard about that either.

I ordered an S&B cold air intake for my Ram Diesel and received an email a few minutes later that the part wouldn't arrive until after 20 June, five weeks later. I then canceled my order due to late arrival, called the next day, was told they were working on it and would contact the warehouse, and then three days later, received an email saying it was shipped. If I would have received accurate information on the first email, this would have not been an issue. Due to the late arrival date and need of the part, I ordered one from XDO who got it to me the following week. I was apologized to numerous times about this, but was assured that there was nothing they could do. You need a better communication system between all departments.

I purchased an item and expected the normal turnaround time, to only receive a major delay instead of a tracking number. I wish that this delay would have been brought up ahead of time. I would have more than likely purchased another product from them instead.
I called customer service to clarify specs on tailgate locking options seen on their website. Not only did I get the clarification I needed, the agent I worked with actually recommended the simplest / least expensive option to meet my needs and even took my order over the phone. My locking tailgate latching mechanism arrived even faster than predicted. I was able to install it myself in about an hour on the same afternoon it arrived. It works fine and I am very pleased.

Would not recommend- buy straight from gator. Customer service was horrible, tried to cancel my order after shipment was delayed a month and then miraculously the order shipped the day after I tried to cancel it.
I called to place my order and changed my mind from what I planned on ordering. I was very pleased with the recommendation and am thrilled with the installed product.
