Does not appear to be the items I ordered. Now I have to repackage and send back and wait for the new items.

I thought I picked a item that would ship fast was told August 10th thru August 28th. Then I received email saying 8 weeks

More companies need staff like Ashley Olson. She knew her stuff and was understanding as I had to grab couple of work calls as we spoke but responded back to me with information that I asked about. My salesman Chris, put me on the correct path to selecting a TriFold cover for my 2021 Ram. I selected one but wasn't sure it would fit, Chris told me I was right and went out of his way to get me into the correct one. Very professional and knowledgeable.

I was looking for a gator cover and the person Derek was there to help everything seem to go OK I am now just waiting for the cover to arrive. It's taking a little longer than I hoped but it will be here hopefully on the due date that you gave me.

Raul was very helpful. However, I point blanked asked him about delivery and readily available and he told me, a week or week and a half. I got email yesterday now showing 2-3 weeks and that will probably change. I have an 80 year old that needs running boards to get in truck. I was shopping for something readily available and I believe I got bad info.

Have 'not received yet the say it will take almost a month little crazy for fast shipping thats advertised
