I've attempted to place an order since July 15th (It's now August 7th) in which none of the orders would process or ship. For some reason, these guys can't either seem to find a resolution, or a competent staff member to help with this issue. All I wanted to do was give them business to purchase an overpriced Tonneau cover. For some reason, that seems to be a task they can't accomplish or comprehend. On to the next business since you guys can't seem to help or offer any assistance.

2 hr waits for mistakes they made on shipping? Sales answers immediately but service at 8am when they open is experiencing high call volume at this time. 10 days for a return ticket 5 more for the return and 5 more for the correct item to arrive. No way in hell I ever use a middle man again. Ever.
