THe running boards were ordered and PAID FOR in May. After several calls asking for order status I found out at the end of July they were still going to be 4 to 8 weeks from delivery. AND they won't fit the truck as I understood. I cancelled the order and ordered something else from another location. Because of such a long delay I would have expected and appreciated an update at some time along the way.
Drew was excellent in helping me. Indicated shipping was very prompt. We will see.

I was in the market for a new tonneau cover and was going between two different brands with a similar price point and features. The sales person that helped me provided more details to help me make a more informed decision based upon my needs and provided an additional discount to beat RealTrucks competitors. Very happy with the service RealTruck provides and feel confident making future purchases with them.
The fender flares came in sooner than expected. Though each fender flare didn't come close to fitting plus I received only 4 clips total when there should have been 5 per flare. In today's computer age these things should fit like a glove and quality control to assure all parts are being shipped.
I spoke with a sales rep ( Alexandra) he was very helpful in finding the bars I needed for my situation. He verified dimensions of drop, and gave me the part #. I called back later, ( he gave me his extension) and ordered the bars. Received bars 3 days later. I in stalled them backwards.( wrong side). Instructions don't give you front or rear on the picture. 50 50 shot at putting them on right They work great. Very pleased with the whole purchase.

The salesman was very helpful but have not got the seat covers yet, was going to get the mega seat covers but he talk me out of them hope these are as good if not I will send them back
