I recently purchased a roll up tonneau cover & silver nerf bars for my Colorado. The entire staff was wonderful to work with. I purchased mytonneau cover "pre" black Friday price & found that it was lower price on Cyber Monday. Real Truck refunded me the difference in prices.
Over the phone it is easy to get information when speaking with someone, and they are definitely helpful. However, I had a few issues with an order. When I would try and use the customer service emails for clarification or to resolve an issue, I would only gets bits and pieces of info back. They never actually answered any of my questions regarding the issues on my order, thus forcing me to call multiple times, instead of a quick simple Email.
I would give some additional advice- if you have a boiler plate e-mail going out to a customer informing them that you are canceling their order because of inventory issues, after the customer has already paid and was expecting the shipment…. ALWAYS have a link or prompt to immediate replacement options in order to secure the sale.
If I hadn't had previous experience with the company, there was nothing to prevent me from simply moving on to the next company that popped up online. Just some input on a recent transaction, previous transactions had always gone smoothly, and this would definitely not prevent me from continuing to shop with you.

Products are quality purchases. The First Gentleman helped through chat and directed me on how to use tax exempt status. The email address ended up being wrong. When I called in to see where I needed to send the tax exempt the second gentleman processed to tell me how I went about putting this order through all wrong. I needed to submit tax exempt first then order and now he had to cancel my order to correct everything. Upon asking him to review the chat from when I placed the order with his company he got mad and made me feel like I did wrong. I told him his coworker placed the order and that I hadn't and if was going to continue to make me feel I did wrong I was going to take my $750.00 order somewhere else due to him being rude to me. If he had a problem with how it went it should be on his coworker whom placed the order the way it had been. I was done with that guy. I was then contacted by a lady that was very helpful and curious. She in no time straightened out the issue and got my order out through while using my tax exempt info with no issues. Once again she was great and so was the First Gentleman that helped. Not the second guy however. I was really ready to never use the company again due to his blaming me.

John was so helpful. I don't know much about wheels and he gave me a real education. He helped me understand that the one wheel I had chosen would fit my truck. He verified stock twice. Explained the warranty and was just overall a very professional personable salesman. I have been in retail for 40 years. I would WANT him on MY team. Hope you appreciate this employee. Thought I had missed a window for buying something with an arrival deadline. Chatted with customer service who confirmed my item was in stock and would arrive within 3-4 days. Prompt responses, easy purchase and got the product I needed in the timeframe they quoted.
I cancelled an order one day after placing the order and re-ordered the exact thing in a different color. They could not refund the cost of the first order (it had NOT shipped) and I am still waiting for authorization of the first charge to be reimbursed. In essence, I had to trust them to refund my money at their discretion. That was a first for me and I'm an online shopper quite frequently.
