I was Christmas shopping for my husbands truck bed cover and was so confused on the website as I know nothing about truck covers. I used the CHAT feature for help requesting a lock feature - Ami asked a few questions then shared a link to pretty much exactly what we need plus a special bonus discount if I purchased from her. I love incentives and made the purchase. It was a stress free experience and I can't wait to surprise my husband!

The site was generally friendly and easy to navigate, but on-line checkout gave me an error simply asking me to try a different card. My delivery and billing addresses were different, but it said I didn't need to provide a separate billing address (actually it would not allow me to). I finally called and the very helpful associate told me that that was indeed the problem and she efficiently took the order over the phone. Clearly a known problem on their website which needs fixing.

When buy my gator hr1 cover the customer service was on the ball to answer all my questions and to help set up my purchase made it 10 times easier then shopping on any other site will definitely keep shopping in the future with them
