I've been somewhat satisfied because of the items. Problem is tonneau cover was received with damage around it. Secondly, kit that came with the running boards for my trucks application, did not include all the proper equipment to install the boards.

Needed a set of steps for a recent purchase of 2005 Silverado x-tended cab. I ordered 5inch stainless on tuesday,about12:30pm,received steps about 6:00pm on Wed. They fit just right. Took most of day,but I am 73 & not in a hurry.

When it arrived, it was obviously previously opened by someone (used - leaves and pine needles on mat) and had no Velcro strips or instructions in the package. Then Real Truck customer support told me it was my responsibility to fix their screw up. What a crock …

I purchased a pickup truck bed cover and toolbox from 2 different manufacturers. I had to check fitment and installation hardware on both items. The gentleman on the phone was very helpful and got the job done for me it's on its way
He did give me great info and advice.
I trusted it and was sold a less expensive item than I asked as better- IN the end I did go for a more expensive item but at my choice.
The tonneau on the 2017 truck I recently traded in was one of the BAKFIP's that I installed in late 2016. I don't remember which model but it was either the top of the line or a step below, at that time. That damn thing was still going strong and watertight the day I traded it in.
The morning after bringing home the new truck I got on the computer to order another tonneau cover from BAK. The previous truck had a 5.5 ft bed, the new one is 8.2 ft so I was looking at the Revolver's instead. I decided on the Revolver X4s but 2023 GMC's weren't listed on the website so I called.
I wish I could remember the name of the gentleman that handled my order because he was fantastic. He found me an X4s for me truck, the transaction was fast and they did exactly what he promised, shipped the order that day even though it was mid afternoon. I still can't believe how fast the shipping was!
Now, the Revolver X4s, wow! I think BAK knocked it out of the park with this one. I was able to install it in about an hour but that included reading the instructions carefully and just plain taking my time. I just installed it yesterday evening so obviously I'm relaying my first impressions of the X4s.
The fitment is outstanding. An 8 ft bed and everything just clicked into place after following the instructions. The quality appears very sturdy and will made. Back to the fitment, every edge is just so tight and perfectly aligned that I don't see how anything will get past it. Rolling it up and back is super smooth and takes practically no effort.
Bottom line, I'm extremely happy with my Revolver X4s and am certain it will perform as well as my BAKFLIP, and probably even better!
I knew what I wanted but had no confidence in picking out the correct model for these items. Speaking with Don made ordering easy. I explained what I was looking for and he looked it up for me then emailed the information. After looking at these items on Real Truck site, I called
Don back to place the order. Don even caught an error in information I gave him and corrected it.
Even after purchasing replacement vent shades and additional items valued at more than four times that which I wish to return, there was no exception made for a mere four days.

I ordered floor mats and fender flares that were delivered by FEDEX which in itself is fine but the sender (REALTRUCK) required a signature. I live in a rural area and only have 1 neighbor that I don't get along with. FEDEX left my packages with this neighbor because I wasn't home. Luckily the other property owner was out of town and an employee signed for and delivered my packages to my house while I was away
