1st of all, let me start by saying how helpful, friendly and professional the lady on the phone was at customer service. Without her, my sons Christmas present would be a nightmare. I purchased Mickey Thompson tires on their website only to be told that the manufacturer said the were3 discontinued. I then called customer service and they said they had access to them if I wanted to pay double what the online price was. I did it cause i was in a corner.
Ordering online through the chat feature was simple and took almost no time. The sales rep I chatted with was very knowledgeable and made sure my items matched my truck.
The product apparently had a nearby distribution hub, as it came within 3 days, and was several days sooner than the estimate I was given.

I called because I was having some problems completing my order online. The customer service agent was very helpful and also told me that there was a new upgraded version of the bed cover that I was trying to order AND offered a discount that wasn't online (because it was Black Friday).
Salesman sent the wrong parts after I had him check them twice on the way to be sure however the parts were wrong and sent in flimsy packaging. The packaging was beat up and parts arrived hanging out of boxes within the beat up shipping box.
