It was any easy project, no experience necessary. Biggest problem is there are no cutouts for lights, plugs etc in the bedrug, it's extremely if not impossible to make the cuts with a razor knife
I purchased a 5'-2" bed rug for my truck. When I received this rug, it was for a 5ft long bed. (2" short). The incorrect rug was sent to me. I started the return process through the chat session. They asked if I wanted to exchange mine for the correct one, I said yes. They told me that once they see that I have shipped it back (via fedex), that they would get the correct bed rug ready to shop back to me. The bed rug arrived at your facility yesterday, 12/28. I got back on a chat session to ask when the new one would be shipped. They said I've been issued a refund and won't see it till Thursday and that I'd have to reorder a new one fit for my truck.
Um, I did during the first attempt, YOU sent the wrong one. If I would have known I was getting a refund, I would have bought another last week so I wouldn't have much wait time.
I was told it would be an even exchange, but that was not true. I shouldn't have had to re-purchase the item I expected to get in the first place. This was a fail on your guy's part.

While looking over different sites and the big stores for a tonneau cover I found real truck. I accidentally hit the live chat button. It was Ami. I was immediately assured no bot here! We had a quick joke but she went to work finding what I needed quickly. A better than expected price on one item and two other prices were what I did expect. Tonneau arrived quick and on time. I was connected to Victor. He was able to answer my many questions with detailed information. He was able to find/recommend items that would fit my truck. We had been traveling when high winds in WY ripped my bed cover off my truck so we were in need of finding a better replacement. We believe Victor helped us do just that. I wouldn't hesitate to work with him again.

Called BAKFLIP direct! After a couple minutes of bull$#*!ting I ordered my top. It shipped the next day and had it installed no issues in 30 minutes. Great doing business with BAKFLIP!
When I ordered, they quoted a delivery date about 7 to 10 days out.
Later they notified me that there were delays and the manufacturer wouldn't ship until about 4 weeks. So they promised me something they didn't really have in stock. Seems like a lie to me.
