I ordered a brush guard for a customer's vehicle and waited 2 weeks and still no brush guard. I had to call customer service to find out that it was on national back order. So I was going to order a similar one and spoke with a representative and she assured that there must have been a mix up, that they definitely had the one I needed. I explained to her that I was told that this one was not available. She said that she called the warehouse in PA and they in fact did have it. I get a tracking number and the shipping carrier gave me a date for delivery AND THEN I GET AN EMAIL SAYING my order had been canceled AGAIN! I will never order from real truck again!

I never laid hands on the order. It never got delivered. So refund should be instant. It is not. I was told 3-5 days. Funny I should have told the that when I ordered the cover. Yeah go ahead send it, I'll pay you 3-5 days after I get it. Make up your own minds. My experience was a nightmare. And I'm still in it!

Customer rep assured me item was in stock, and would ship right away. Placed my order, and checked back next day only to be told it wasn't in their inventory, and would be 4-6 more days before it shipped. Felt I was mislead simply to make the sale. Cancelled my order, and had it shipped from another vendor the next day.
