I ordered and paid Thursday with >2 hours remaining in the "RapidShip" ships today timer. I instantly got the alert that the payment had hit my credit card. The next morning I checked in with chat support because not only had my item not shipped, but there was a 2nd order for the same product but for a different truck. Chat cancelled that mystery order/invoice. Chat told me that my payment for the real order was made to late which was contrary to the expectation set by the website. It ended up shipping late today (Friday). Once it shipped Realtruck put an expected delivery date of Saturday but FedEx showed an expected delivery date of Sunday as they only had a label not the item. The notification that FedEx received the item also notified that it was delayed to Monday and yes the do Sunday delivery here.
Had it shipped when it was originally supposed to I should have received it Saturday according to the FedEx standard timeframe which would have given me time to install over the weekend.
My issue is less with the actual timeframe for delivery, more with the way that Realtruck advertises and sets expectations. It is much better to under promise and over deliver than over promise and under deliver. Don't advertise and push the best possible case scenario, advertise the realistic scenario. It isn't all on Realtruck as FedEx is also playing with expected delivery dates, but Realtruck is their customer so they need to expect better out of the product they are paying for.
The price at Realtruck was good.

Chatted with Chelsea D at Real Truck to ask some questions about one line of bed covers. In addition to helping me understand that line of product and find the one that best suited my needs, she sent me a link to a product that had the same features, was higher quality, and cooler looking black mat finish (instead of gloss). She also alerted me of a military discount of 10% which was appreciated. I went from seeking questions or placing an order. Communications by the company on shipping has been excellent and Fed Ex expects it to arrive about 55 hours after shipment. Impressive. Chelsea has since sent some other recommendations on other accessories and I will buy some. I appreciate the service and advice. Saves time, they have great products and fair prices.

I bought electric steps for a 2022 Ram 2500 they didn't deliver and no refund 1600.54. They said Fed Ex held the order due to many shipping labels. I tracked the order and that was true but after many emails and phone calls and contacting my credit card company no refund yet. No return transaction confirmation either. This was ordered 12/08/21 I was supposed to have for my Son for Christmas, sadly it didn't happen so I went with Rough country and next day delivered and awesome customer service. Take it from an honest Retired Veteran and farm owner go with Rough Country.

Called to order a bed cover and ended up with running boards too. The associate was helpful and friendly. Running boards have come in and work perfectly. Watched a couple videos and installed them in about 3 1/2 hours. Waiting on the bed cover but have had a great experience so far.
