The representative I spoke with told me the Steelcraft HD side bars I wanted are still being produced and I would receive them February 8. With that assurance I placed the order. Order an in-stock "airflow" tailgate for our 2017 Ford pickup truck on 11/29/22 I was emailed after purchase that delivery would be early December. In early December we were emailed it would be a few more weeks. (Please note, never a reason or apology given on any email). Then, late December another email it would arrive in January. Today is 1/24/23. The first time I called customer service. Customer service people seemed really surprised it was so late. They were very nice and transferred me to a guy in their "tracking" department. He apologized and said they would find out what was going and CALL me back. Not. It is now 6:30PM and just got another email that our order will arrive after March 25,2023. That's the whole story. I feel like a fool because I was strung along for so long. I'm retired and just thought the best, but now just a smuck customer. Will call tomorrow to see if I'll get my $400+ back. I ordered a bed matt and a tonneau for my 2022 Chevy Colorado pickup. I was requested to contact their sales dept to order to insure an exact fit of the products. First of all, the bed matt is cut aproximately 1 " short on both the front and rear ends but I was willing to accept that and not complain. However, the tonneau cover I installed using 4 clamps provided looked nice but was cheaply constructed and flapped in the wind while driving. I removed the cover in perfect condition approximately 2 hours after initial installation reboxed it in original cartoning and contacted Real Truck for a return authorization for this Tonnocover. My intention was to return this one and buy a better quality. Their big push is that they want their customers to be 100% satified or theyll make it right.The immediate answer I got back from them was that the return was denied because it had been installed. How else was I to know the cover flapped in the wind? The cover is brand new and you cannot tell it was ever installed. There are no modifications or indications of installation at all. I find this company to misrepresent their intention of customer satisfaction. Im very dissappointed in their product and attitude. I would not reccommend this company and will not do business with them again. The reason for 1 star is that there are no zeros or negatives.
