Ordered some wheels, that were said to be available. Didn't hear on delivery time, made a request only to find out my order was cancelled and my money would be returned in 5 business days. I called to see what happened, the gentleman that I spoke to said they do have the wheels on stock, 56 of them at the warehouse, so it was suggested I order again and the lug nuts to go with them. So I did, and again a couple days later the order was cancelled due to no stock. Now I am waiting for 2 refunds, and I have no wheels, but I have lug nut for them coming. Trying to cancel on their home page as instructed doesn't work. So I had to call again, and now am waiting for a email or call back. Very poor service and knowledge of product availability.

Bad experience with placing an order. First one got charge to my card but had to email and chat with a rep. Second time same order was place and now receiving an email that its cancelled. But a previous email sent says part of the order is shipped. I don't want these parts anymore.

The hardware was tossed in the box rather than in a sealed and labeled bag. I hope everything is there because it goes into the shop on Monday for installation. P.S. It is not an easy looking job. I'm a hobby mechanic, and basically, the van needs to be lifted to get underneath, disconnect the AC lines, attach the bracket, and reconnect the pressurized AC line. I suggest having a professional garage install it.

First order was cancelled due to "nation wide shortage" ok i get it. Second order... i chatted with the online customer support and was assured that the product was in stock and ready to ship. Only to be cancelled after I placed my order.
