I discovered yesterday that I ordered the wrong length and requested to return it for the correct bed length and I was told that the rules stated a 30 day limit on returns. I will not do any more business with your company and my 10 friends who have 10 friends won't either

I described the cargo liner in question, which was confirmed by the sales associate. We ordered a liner with a 4 in lip at the suggestion of the salesperson. I was assured it would have this dimension. This is for the area behind the third seat in an escalade. The liner we received yesterday has a 1 1/2 inch lip.
Now I have to deal with this to resolve a return and try to get the correct liner.

I haven't received my cover yet. Just ordered it 5 days ago and expected delivery 10 days later. Checked carrier and should expect delivery within 5 days. Customer service was excellent and very helpful on deciding on a cover. Will do business again and will spread the word to friends and family

Salesman Alex was real knowledgeable regarding your products and he answered all the questions that I ask him regarding the Tonneau cover I purchased. Unfortunately when I asked how the purchased item I was getting would be delivered he said FEDEX. I ask him to indicate to FEDEX that the item was to be delivered to my house not my garage for my garage is closer to the road than what my house is and I have had things stolen when FEDEX has delivered to my garage. Alex said he would mark on the FEDEX order form for them to do that. No fault of RealTruck FEDEX delivered the package to my garage. Luckily I came nome apparently just after it was delivered.
