Was helped with the online chat to insure I got correct product ordered. Great service and help there. Package arrived but box was open and still covered with dust like it had been in warehouse for sometime. Tape was old and had broke in shipment. Everything appears to be in it still so should be good. Would have been 5 star if they had re-taped the box or re-packed it before shipping.

Bought a gator sfx trifold, stated on site would fit my Ranger 2023- np no concerns except when delivered & fitted cover to the bed, left a 1" gap underneath front of cover due to ranger bed's bulkhead drops down 1" lower than rest of bed- I spoke/ texted w4-5 different employees of tonneau covers, none of them understood problem even though I sent pics showing gap left? Finally one cust rep said oh you need a bulkhead kit to fix it- a spec sheet was emailed explaining 3 pcs were needed for kit, but when delivered it was a "L" pc of weather stripping? No instructions, nothing? This wouldn't even fit anywhere on the cover nor the truck bed?Finally I just sent said cover back & weather stripping looking for a refund- then a week later I received another email stating the bulkhead kit will be shipped to me, after I told them cover was being shipped back along w/ proper return label the company had sent me? I just don't understand how this company works? Told them I don't want anything else to do with them, obviously a internal problem that still goes on everyday?
After failing to be able to place an online order I called Real Truck using the customer service #.
