Purchased set of wheels and tires for brand new F150, after install, truck was vibrating at different speeds. Brought into my tire shop and was told i needed Hub Rings and if the truck comes back with them that company policy is they are not allowed to touch them. Contacted Real Truck and said they would send out. Two weeks later called back and had no record of the transaction and that they will send out now. Week later received and installed. The truck is better but still not right. Contacted real truck again to speak to tech, back and forth emails saying they reached out to me with no answer. Never called. Was hung up on twice with no call back. Was sent email saying case is closed. Then called back and waited 25 minutes to speck to tech manager to tell me after 30 days it is Wheel Pro;s problem. The manufacture of the wheels. When there is a problem they are as nice as can be on the phone but nothing gets done. Been a complete nightmare dealing with Real Truck
