The online representative that helped me with my purchase was awesome to work with, I believe their name was Steve. My cover arrived within two days of placing the order which was very quick! Installation was a little tricky at first because it was about a half inch too long. I had to remove the foam pad from the rail closest to the cab of the truck which shorted the length just enough to where I can close the tailgate. Seems like a great quality cover and I'm the third one in my family with this top. We all have different trucks, Ram, Chevrolet, and now For. All the Gator tops work and loot great! It's been on for one full day in snowy weather and it's holding up so far.

I was happy with the overall product. I had looked at it previously on a friends truck. I thought that the design was good. I like that it is harder of a top verse that of other tops. I like that it sits flush with the top rails of the truck. It was fairly easy to install and completed in about 35 mins. The part that bums me out is that the back 2 plastic caps/covers at the end near the tail gate were both broken. I will reach out to customer service to see if they can send me new ones. The inner tab and center post were broken when i unwrapped the top cover.
Took us about an hour to install, helps to look at a Youtube video first. This is going to keep our camping gear dry and safe.

I spent $323 on a pair of their house brand (Ionic) running boards about 27 months ago. They were supposed to be "marine grade" stainless steel with a lifetime warranty but started to rust after only a couple months. Even using chrome polish didn't get all the rust off. I went to make a warranty claim and was told they aren't made anymore and the warranty is void, and to contact customer service to find another pair. I did so, and they only offered to give me $25 towards another set (from $260 to $235). Just a few days ago this same pair of boards was on sale for less than the "special price" they were offering. The representative was also very short with me and tried hard to get me off the phone when I stated my disappointment in their efforts to retain a customer. Beware if you ever order from them what kind of customer service you are getting.

I purchsed the O-MEGA II BOARDS BLACK 98" wheel to wheel. With in 3hrs of receiving these boards, I had them installed on my truck, that included removing factory cab steps. Everything was there, including all brackets, nuts and bolts. All fit as expected, Great product. The only thing that was a little thin was the instructions. Have worked in maintenance and engineering my whole life, so that was not a problem for me. They look great and I am very satisfied!. John
