Great all around. Shop ordered boards for a 2021 RAM. Not knowing there is a "New" style with 6 lugs bolts vs "Classic" with 5 lugs. When boards came in we noticed the brackets did not match. I called Robert in Customer Service who helped guide me to the correct boards, reordered and then transferred to obtain Return Authorization and free return shipping label. Label came in 1 business day. Thanks to all!

The x4s is great. Install was easy. Looks great and is easy to operate, well except when it rained and the temps dropped and it was frozen closed. A little sun and it was good. It's manual which is nice. One hand roll up and no loss of bed space in a short 5' bed. For those who want to know, once rolled up it is 7.5" tall and 9.5" wide. I'm going to put a rail system in the included t-track for bike rack above bed. Still have to figure out what manufacture to use as I don't want it to high.

I bought a tounneau bed cover from Realtruck but the model advised by their expert didn't fit with the racks I want so when I asked them to return the cover they didn't accept. Very disappointed. I do not recommend this company.
