The salesperson was very knowledgeable about the product and even gave me a $50 reduction in price which I was not expecting. He was in Florida but had family in North Carolina close to where I live and that gave us something in common and made the experience even nicer. It was late Friday evening when I made the phone call to order my truck bed cover but the salesperson did not rush me or make me think that I was a bother to him before going home on Friday evening. The price I paid was $150 less than the lowest price that I had found in a local store. I would order from Realtruck again.

Absolutely great side steps for my truck! We farm, so it's nice to be able to scrape your boots off before getting into the truck. Also the 7" wide steps make a great stable platform. You do have some adjustment to slide them in and out so they don't stick out so far. Greatest part is (for the crew cab) they come with four heavy brackets on each side. I weigh 260 and they don't give. Worth every dollar.

The cardboard packaging was damaged and an inner padded envelope had been torn open. I suspect the damage happened during shipping, however, there are 5 carriage bolts and nuts missing. I now have to purchase bolts to complete the installation. Vendors should assume that packaging often receives significant damage in transit and should make sure that packaging will survive. It is very aggravating to both the seller and the customer to have to deal with damages and losses. Beef up the packaging!
I Called your expert help Wayne, and he was able to find the Mounting Brackets for my Grill Guard that I had lost in my move I am SO THANKFULL TO HIM I had no idea what to do! I Had a Beautifull Grill Guard and I had lost the Brackets. Thanks Again Wayne for taking the time to find the parts for me.
