Had got in contact with RealTruck on Monday, and the Customer Service Rep Chelsea D helped me, answered all of my questions and even sent me an email with the necessary information. On Tuesday we went over the information and made our decision on what we wanted and got in touch with Chelsea D and she helped us place the order. I felt like I was talking to a friend and I wasn't a number or rushed. I personally didn't want to order something that we couldn't use with a 5th wheel (future purchase), and realize we couldn't use our cover with the 5th Wheel. She did all of the research and narrowed the field down. We purchased the roll-up cover and my husband is eager for the cover to arrive.
I purchased a toolbox & tonneau cover for my 2021 F-250 yesterday; two separate products but the tonneau cover is designed to play nice with trucks that have toolboxes installed (18"-20" depth). Anyhow, I haven't received the products but both companies were able to provide a veteran discount (camlocker 10% & tonneaucoverworld 5%) when queried. I am not sure which company is affiliated with "Real Truck." This is just a review of the purchase experience as neither product has been received yet for me to testify about quality of workmanship or product design.

I ordered my package there were several pushbacks lots of misinformation suddenly the package was supposedly arrived and delivered I came home not to find it real truck would not do anything for me they said they would only give me a discount to repurchase a $200 item we'll never use real truck again. Extremely poor business. Very dissatisfied I've opened the case with my financial institution as well as a better Business bureau.

I was very exact on my problem with prior co sending me wrong wheels. And I be D--- that you did the same things. Because he seny 33 off set instead of 0 offset, the tires rub. Now I have to order 2 " leveling kit to keep them from rubbing. Very disappointed.

I bought a roll-up tonneau cover for the 8ft bed on my 2012 RAM. Their website said it fit my truck, which it technically did. But the rails that support the cover run along the top of the side rails for the bed, completely covering the stake post holes! So if you install the cover, you can't secure your loads when the cover is rolled up?
The ad never mentioned that the tonneau cover would turn your truck into an El Camino by making the tie-downs unusable.
Ok, so I tried to return it. No dice! Why? Because they only accept returns within 30 days of the sale. Most other companies allow 90 days, not just 30.

Bed cover arrived a day earlier that quoted. Very happy with entire process. BTW, it poured rain for the first 3 days of our trip and the cover kept the water out perfectly.
