Cons: Ordering online was challenging. I entered my truck info to see if the IONIC 5" STAINLESS CURVED NERF BARS would fit and the website said yes but it would not let me enter them in the shopping cart. After a several attempts I decided to order by phone and for some reason the lady I spoke with had difficulty getting my email right even though I had spelled it to her seven times but she finally managed it and send me the receipt.
I also asked her why I couldn't order online and she couldn't give me an answer.
Couple of days later I went online to check the status and the website didn't recognize my credentials and would not let me in so once again, I called and spoke with Andrew I believe his name was who was pleasant and professional. After trying, and pulling my account up, he said my email was misspelled on the account and that's why I could not get access. I thought that was already corrected? He took care of correcting it and gave me the status of my order, which was shipped already.
I would order from this company again however they do need to have their website working properly.
Company guaranteed fitment of a $1400 bumper on my truck and it ended up not being compatible and Realtruck refused to make it right. Do not order from these scam artist, their website is misleading and inaccurate.

I ordered this one through customer service because I wanted to buy it but have it shipped directly to my son for his birthday! I ordered it on March 29th and it shipped quickly and will be delivered to his home in another state on March 31. Walker with RealTruck customer service was great. He answered all my questions, assisted with and completed my order with a billing on my card but shipping directly to my son. We all know shipping costs for the average person are over the top these days so shipping straight to him was huge. With 3 sons driving trucks and trading in vehicles often RealTruck is my go to for bedcovers for whatever their new truck model is! I was told I would get my part by Thursday but now it's Monday thru Friday. This is just a nylon strap and clasps. From upper Midwest to Ohio shouldn't takeover 4 days but not 8 days.
