I ordered some tail lights for my Tacoma in January. It is now May! Every time I call they give me a date that it will ship, and then the next month when I don't receive my order, I call again. They always say it's gonna be shipped on the 15th. The 15th ALWAYS comes and goes with no shipment.
Here is a tip. IF YPU DON'T HAVE THE ITEM IN STOCK, THEN TAKENIT OFF OF YOUR WEBSITE!
At the very least, don't charge me for an item that you don't have in stocks until it ships!

Called RealTruck to discuss two specific tonneau covers; tech was very helpful with my decision. Cover arrived 2 days after order (free shipping!) and I installed it the same day in little over an hour (I'm 60 and not as flexible as I used to be). One minor adjustment so the cover would latch with the tailgate closed, but, overall, very straightforward and simple for one person. Great DIY videos on YouTube for reference. Highly recommend both RT and the X4s!
