I have been looking for a quality tonneau cover for a few months. I found the gator ex on the real truck app. I contacted them and spoke with Dale. He was helpful and friendly. He took the time to answer all of my questions. After speaking with Dale, I felt comfortable making the purchase.

Aggravated that my order was cancelled but I called customer service and they did everything to fix the issue and had my order shipped in just two days due to my experience. They had given me an additional 10% off my order which was very kind. Thanks to the team at real trucks and the customer service my order was still delivered on the same day as original due date

The sales person who I spoke to was very helpful. I had a question that they only listed my car in rear wheel drive. I gave him the P/N and he cross referenced it to the manufactures site. The item should have been listed as Front Wheel drive. So I was able to purchase the car mates I need. I am not just waiting n FedEx to deliver them. Hopefully they will fit.
