I have been looking for a quality tonneau cover for a few months. I found the gator ex on the real truck app. I contacted them and spoke with Dale. He was helpful and friendly. He took the time to answer all of my questions. After speaking with Dale, I felt comfortable making the purchase.

I ordered a gator efx tonneau cover. The delivery date on the website was acceptable. As soon as ordered i received a different longer delivery date. Then i received two more emails over a ten day period extending the delivery date yet again. Ultimately, i called and changed to a different tonneau cover that was in stock and received it in two days and i am otherwise very happy. Called for tech support once. Got a live person everytime i called.

The sales person who I spoke to was very helpful. I had a question that they only listed my car in rear wheel drive. I gave him the P/N and he cross referenced it to the manufactures site. The item should have been listed as Front Wheel drive. So I was able to purchase the car mates I need. I am not just waiting n FedEx to deliver them. Hopefully they will fit.
