I called to get some help in purchasing two tonneau covers for two different trucks. I was lost in the options although I had it narrowed down somewhat. Takara at Real Truck helped me look at the different covers and helped me figure out what made the most sense. She also gave me a discount for buying two covers. I was very pleased with Takara's knowledge, patience and assistance.
Great product great company only thing was shipping Fed Ex delivered it a day late it went from Missouri to California to Wisconsin. The web page told me when it got to California that it was going to delayed.

My first x2 vinyl pulled after 6 months. The strap tie downs were almost impossible to use. Cold made it impossible to roll up.the last thing was the roll up felt come off after 6 month. But the security was second to none. I ordered the second one because of the updates.

The buying process was great. I bought the Gator FX for my 2023 Toyota Tacoma. Look very nice on the truck. Clean looking. Love that it's a hard top but very easy to open the panels as needed using the pull cords to open up each panel. I also like how you can lock the cover up against the truck to be able to utilizing the whole bed, this is good because my bed is 5FT. Two items to note. The directions were a little difficult to follow and I would have liked to seen the drain hoses be rubber not cheap plastic. Probably going to replace them with rubber hoses. Don't let that stop you from getting this cover.
Ordering was fast and easy, received a nice discount from the on line rep. The cover and hardware seems substantial, installation was a little interpretive at times but it all came together well.

First day at work the wire pulled out of the housing, couldnt open my 2nd section had to wait till i got home from work and put the wire back inside the pinch nut after that it has been working fine, fairly simple to install im not usually good at putting things together but i installed and put it together by myself. Looks clean fits good
