And the order started out great and I received one of the four wheels I ordered and it did not have any Lugnuts one would assume that if you order a special black rim for your factory truck, it would automatically come with matching Lugnuts, but that was not the case I had to place a second order And pay for my Lugnuts and have them ordered and shipped separately. The frustrating part is if I have to order them separately that's fine but the questions should be asked when placing the order "do you need Lugnuts" but that question was not posed, so I just assumed they were included.

I called due to an emergency order. I specified that i needed it by that week and would pay the necessary fees. To get me off the phone this gentleman takes my order. Promises delivery in two business days and the order does not ship until 3 business days! My client lost a trip because i trusted the word of the agent. Will never call again, will place my orders myself through the site as customer service was not even helpful in handling my situation. My case kept being closed out without actually resolving my issue. Not happy at all.

RealTruck sent me a used Gator bed mat that is discolored, scratched up and has really obvious wear spots where the previous owner stored his/her cargo. These are not subtle blemishes but full on wear and tear that covers over 2/3rds of the bed mat.I can't believe this site took my money and sent me this garbage. I do not trust this site.

Butch was great and very helpful with my order. Several reviews stated no mud flaps with installation. But they fit fine.
