We were looking for a LoPro cover for our Ram 1500. Because there are two different body styles I reached out to a representative via the chat function on the website. I believe it was Kaitlin and she asked a few key questions to determine which model I needed and then sent me a link so I could confirm it was what I was looking for. I had found that exact same model on another site for less money. She asked me to send a link to it and within a few minutes she said they would price match! She provided a new invoice and I easily finalized the order. It took minimal time and I was thrilled with how easy the process was.
I am also impressed at how fast we are getting our order. I placed the order yesterday and FedEx tracking indicates it will arrive tomorrow!

Nerf bars weren't a perfect fit. I have a 2024 chevy 2500 and my dealer said there was no difference than a 2023 bolt pattern. The outside brackets were perfect but the middle bracket was off one inch to line up. Made a couple brackets of my own and I'm happy with them. Really like the looks and the step to get in. Very solid. Probably should have called the tech support but didn't.
The tonneau cover fits just like my old one on my 2018 chevy. Thats why I ordered another one and like this one too.

I had a unique issue in that I wanted to pay partially with a rebate card from real truck and the remainder via PayPal but the online checkout isn't set up for that. The online support was great and they set up quick links for each method, walked me through it and completed my purchase, now waiting for its arrival
I was not too happy to find that there were scratches on a expected product to be free of blemishes.

The website tells you that the delivery will go out shortly and even received an email that the items would be here in a week. Try August. Ordered June 1st. Customer service says they'll try and source from somewhere else. If they can, great, but I hope I don't receive an older model without the new options.

The only issue I have is with the rear left side corner which does not lay flat on to the trail gate. I reported this and it appears you have sent the issue to BAK for resolution. Would have been nice to know you were deferring my concern.
