If I could give Tammi more than a 5 star rating I would. She is very knowledgable, as well as approachable and available. She always answered our questions within a reasonable time, and she never made us feel as though our questions were a waste of time. When we experienced a few hiccups in the home buying process, Tammi was always there to encourage us, advocate for us, and get us the best deals. You honestly can't beat a realtor who is willing to work hard for you and who is also fun to be around! We loved our experience with her! If you are looking to purchase a home or sell a home Tammi is your realtor!
Jaime Guzman is the man to trust. Every promise he made he kept. My home sold on the first day. He was there whenever I needed him. He answered every question. He guided me and helped me down to the smallest detail. Everything was done smoothly. If you're wanting to sell your home, call Jaime Guzman. Thank you, George Santoyo
I have lost count of the number of times this website and given out the wrong info. Again, just today, (which was the straw on the camel's back that led me to write this) I was shown a map of an ENTIRELY DIFFERENT TOWN to correspond with the property for sale. From now on, if I choose to use realtor.com, I will have to google the provided address in order to find the CORRECT place on the map.
Also, many MANY times when I am looking at a property for sale in town and the photos show an obviously small lot ( less than half an acre) the listing will say the lot is 160 acres or some equally as ridiculous thing. Once I wrote to the website folks, pointing this out. There response: "it's not our fault." Wow, so professional. Check out the photo of the BROOKLYN listing on a hundred acres! Yeah right...
I started in a zip I did not want since I was told the ones I wanted to market were "full". When my preferred zip codes became "available" I told them I wanted my money MOVED to those zip codes. They ADDED MORE zip codes giving me a $1400 per month bill. If anyone is planning on taking action, add my name. They need to be stopped. They helped themselves to my credit card and it was a nightmare. Fighting them!
She works tirelessly to expedite the sales process. She is thorough, knowlegable, and extremely efficient. From viewing time to the seller accepting our offer was 1and half hours. To close was 2 weeks. In that time Ms. CHAMBERS arranged for and expedited the required inspections and provided the reports for those inspections in a timely manner. I would gladly recommend Ms. CHAMBERS, agent for Realty Executives to my family and friends.
If it says there are 18 photos of a home, where are they? Theres no reason to use this site if they aren't posting the pics. I get the feeling this site is trying to hide less than desirable properties. They also must be making more from contractors because photos of unbuilt houses are listed first. Pretty disgusting. Truilla and others are much more desireable.
We just bought our first home and Jean Marie couldn't have been more helpful. She met us every time we needed to do something or every time the OTHER party had to do something, she was physically there. I believe Jean Marie went over and above with this particular purchase as the other party wasn't nearly as accommodating or patient. She helped us navigate through all the 'stuff'. Not only did she help us find the perfect home, she helped walk us step by step through the entire buying process. Jean Marie made it very clear I could ask her as many questions as I needed without hesitation, which made me feel much more at ease with the experience. I have already and will continue to recommend Jean Marie Stalzer to anyone interested in buying a home. I hope she knows how much my husband I sincerely appreciate your help.
I was scammed on this site out of 1350. 00 dollars. I was on this site searching for a home for my kids and I. I sent an inquiry about a unit then I received a texted from someone stating that the unit was no longer available and they sent me another unit similar. Then it was down hill from there. I paid this person application/back ground check fee for 150$. Then 1200. 00$ deposit to secure the unit.
Started speaking with them on 2/11/16. After 5 calls I got to speak with "JOE" on 2/26/16 who informed me he was the top of the food chain. He also told me they cannot be responsible for the quality of the leads and he would not end my program at the 6 month term even though CS said they could! I was told I had to keep on paying until the 12 months were up. He also shared his company was too big to let people out of contracts early. Funny Zillow didn't have a problem but he didn't care about that. A pencil pusher with an attitude! Learned a BIG LESSON, NEVER USE REALTOR>COM again! If they don't care about the RE agents that support there company, then why should we support them
I have used this website for several years. They have stats for neighborhoods such as school ratings, noise, traffic. They use to have most important one CRIME. I texted several times in the last year and half and they said they are working on it. Really year and half. I just wonder why they are hiding that. Interesting!
I cannot speak highly enough of my experience with Christine Elsasser from Florida Executive Realty. I was new to the Tampa Bay area with very little knowledge about how to find the right house in the right neighborhood for the right price. From the moment I met Christine, I knew instantly that she was the right Realtor for me. She made me feel welcomed and appreciated. Her communication skills met my expectations as she was knowledgeable and effectively addressed any issues as they arose. Her honest and hands-on approach really helped to take the pressure off of me as I was also settling in my new job. She explained everything and never once did her answers change. I was so fortunate to have found Christine Elsasser. Thanks for walking me through the real estate maze. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a Realtor! [Erline R.]
When looking for the BEST Realtor in Western Montana, I encourage all to visit Locations Montana.com agent Jeanie Deetz. Jeanie exemplifies the Realtor's " Code of Ethics". What an AMAZING experience I had using Jeanie Deetz for searching for a new home. She was professional, attentive and knowledgeable. I felt like I was getting the royal treatment. I can't thank her enough for helping me find such a beautiful place in one day. If you are in need of a realtor whether you are buying or selling I highly recommend Jeanie Deetz@ Locations Montana Real Estate!
When choosing a realtor one has to remember they are working for you. So it is imperative that you are familiar with the realtor " Code of Ethics".
I received half the number leads they "guaranteed", and contact rate was very low with the leads that I did receive. Here's the breakdown: I was guaranteed 40 shared leads, I received 20. I was able to make contact with 7. Out those 7, I converted one to a buyer and eventually a closing. I broke even. They then said they'd give me another zip code for 6 mos to make up for the lack of leads they, I never received ONE lead from from that zip code that I wasn't able to make contact with.
I am interested in house that I seen on Zillow first but had no contact info listed so I googled the address and it was also listed on realtor.com I requested a showing and. 2 seconds someone called me. Ok great but they didn't SPEAK ENGLISH! I couldn't understand a word they were saying! And I'm supposed to give them my personal info? So now they know my name and phone number and I m concerned someone outside of the US has my contact info totaly unhappy I typed my name in that box
Realtor.Com has been a BIG disappointment to me as well. After giving up on Zillow - constant increases the prices for zip code leads and who knows how many agents are getting the same lead?! I was told by a sales person with Realtor.com, I would get all the leads from MY LISTINGS! Not TRUE. My package apparently was just for leads from a zip code that was over sold, all I get are very low end leads. I call them Triers not Buyers. We as REALTORS are being scammed in the worst way!
Liz and Jesus Pastrana of Lifestyle Properties (KW) came up with a plan and excuted, which led to two solid offers that ultimately led to closing above asking and a ten days. We trusted there strategy and listened to them. Don't hesitate to reach out to.Liz and Jesus Pastrana for excellent results...
Realtor.com Beware they are the biggest scam out there for advertising for realtor's.
They call you up and try to get you to buy leads before you know it they send you an email and they have you hooked once they get your credit card they send you an email once that is done they sign you up for a year of leads whether you agree to it or not and it is a one way contract. What good is a verbal contract? According to Reator.com it is a binding contract stay as far away from this company that you can.
I will never do business or recommend this realtor in this lifetime or the next. He is unprofessional, moody, disrespectful. He was extrmely difficult to work with, selfish and never put the needs of the client first. He made me loose money yelled at me and disrespected my loan officer and he team. He tried to degrade me with his arrogance. I don't know how he is still in this line of business and never been reported or how he has managed to maintain his license. Please if you ever come across this individual or anyone is oblivious to his poor job ethic and refers him to you, Run away while you can. Don't believe his lies or allow him to entangle you with his nonsense. Working with this person was the worst experience of my life and I'm thankful that is all over. My first time bying a home was very traumatic thanks to him. I hope it will never happen to you.
Paul clarke lied to us! Ive sold many homes and he was by far the worse! He said he had a buyer so we signed up with him and he didnt! He said he had a professional photographer and he was the one whom took pics of our house, really bad pics by the way. We had the house for four months listed and only five showings, he told us how much we could sell our house for and we trusted him after all we sold the house months later without an agent.
Searched for a rental property in my area. Realtor.com advertised what looked like the perfect fit. Sent email inquiry and received robo response that the agent would contact me. After 2 weeks without contact and another inquiry, the property is still listed. I have driven by and it is as advertised on the site. Seems to me the owner of this property who wants it rented is waisting their money. If it is rented, take it down or if it is available, respond to inquires.
Answer: Don't do it! Total scam. They don't allow you to cancel, and don't deliver what they promise. I've wasted $1500 and they want to stick me for another $4500! I signed up for an area with $800k average, but ALL of the leads are for $50 mobile homes. COMPLETE SCAM!
Answer: You can file a claim with the BBB. I am in the process of looking for an attorney. Small claims court is always an option.
Answer: Just be sure you are dealing with a realtor. Do not send any money to anybody at a moneygram account. Just make sure it is a realtor you are working with. Because there are scams out there that ask you to send money pretend to be owner etc. you can always ask for license number and go to trec website and check to see if number is real. Hope that helps.
Answer: I hope that if enough of us post about Realtor.com scamming, defrauding our industry we can stop them, scammed myself, never again, worst customer service I have ever encountered.
