New App Bad for Business
September 4, 2016

This new app has terrible reviews, I realized that this could be the reason I am not receiving barely any leads which I pay an incredible monthly amount for. Hmmm. Looks like if, people aren't able to access Realtor.com, leads are now a dead end. I think it's time to move on to Zillow. Sorry Realtor.com, you gave me great leads at one time, I am so glad though, I was able to read the reviews from this site. I am not sure you would tell me why I wasn't getting many leads. With all the money you spend on commercials, this absolutely amazes me.

They have no record of what we being billed or no record of what zipcodes we are being assigned for us to review online. Customer supports take days or weeks to respond. All garbage leads shared between multiple realtors, does not work out at all. While you pay close to 1000 a month.

I worked with Lucille Leiting to sell my home and to purchase my condo. She provides you with information and suggestions to make your home more attractive to buyers when you are selling, and she shows you all the homes that she thinks will fit your needs if you are buying. She truly works hard for her clients, and I was extremely happy with both my sale and my purchase.

I had multiple homes and everytime I went on this site they were so far off on the valuation of my home and community that it was mind boggling. Then I would go on Zillow and others and they were very accurate. In my opinion Realtor.com should not be trusted and if I could give them a fat zero I would. My home was worth over a million dollars and very well kept. Then there was a shack down the street that hadn't been lived in for years. They priced my home pretty much around the home of the shack. Then There was a home that was half the size of my home and witihout similar amenities but down the street and they valued it more than my home and my home is waterfront property. Go figure. There should be laws that stop companies like REaltor.com reckless leads and consumer fraud.

NO HELP AT All
February 21, 2021

I had a realtor sell me on the idea that listing and paying a 6% was worth it because we would be listing on Realtor.com. What aJoke! I ended up selling my land by myself and still paid the 6%. Never Again. Zillow is better and FREEE.

This is the most horrible app ever, for 1 you cannot hardly ever get a call back on a home always sending you to a person voice mail and then they never return your call then if you do get ahold of someone it's to late is been sold... 2nd they want to give you someone (agent) who lives in another state then you do and is not licensed where you live... and I am not so sure if the other apps are any better either... been trying to buy home for 7 months or better.

I would highly recommend to anyone looking for an exceptional Realtor to get in touch with Kat Tyree. She is very knowledgeable and does her homework to keep updated about the surrounding areas she has a client. She has been in the Real Estate for 20 + years and has a passion for her work. She takes extra measures and stages an empty home with some props to make it inviting and for a buyer to see and open their imagination.
Kat is very delightful to work with. She is always in high spirits. Kat is very honest and will always be straight forward with her clients. She is great at negotiating and always is looking out for her clients best interest.

I paid almost $1,400 for advertising, once I paid the money they will not even respond to your calls. They can careless to respond to your complaints. I got 3 or 4 leads, they were no leads these were people complaining about the pictures on their site.
Who is there to protect agents from thsese people taking their money and running away with it. No accountability!

We have had 4 realtors estimate the price of our home at $400K. Realtor lists it for 317K on the public view, and 373K on the owner's view. I've asked why the disparity, since it could affect the sale price of my home, and no one responded. Also, the platform crashes constantly and freezes up. Again, customer support is non-existent, so there is no remedy. I would advise against using this shoddy platform. Opt instead for Zillow or Trulia.

Gabriel Tavarez of Rebound properties is a constant artist, i am 82 years old and he took my listing and held my home hostage for two months. He wanted to buy it for his friend and still collect a commission and still he tried to cut off another 20,000$ off my price, made fake offers and then forgot them, refused to market my property on mls for most of the 2 months 9 days in a row with no leads except his offer which I didn't want and he was so upset, rude, sarcastic and cold to me. In all my life I've never been treated this way. He will seem very honest but he is a Wolf in sheep's clothing and will probably lose his licence. He threatened to sue me for a fee because he couldn't get his buyer to go ahead with his deal and i wanted to go with another agency even after our listing expired he wouldn't change the mls status. Cold, scammers..

Paula Langlois is unethical and when things don't go her way (not the seller's way that she's supposedly working for) but her way - her true personality comes through and she is impossible to deal with. At one point she outright YELLED at me, her client. She was extremely unprofessional. She lied about the condition and value of my mother's condo only because she was looking for a quick sale to profit her own pocket. Stay away from her. Shorewest did not discipline her when she caused irreparable financial harm to my 93 yr old mother.

Realtor.com is a scam. Purchased 12 lead per month, maybe received 3 to 5. After having purchased leads I learned that Realto.com now owns OpCity which I signed up with previously. OpCity will give you leads but will take 30 to 35 % of the commission. This seems to be in conflict with the notion that you are already paying Realto.com for leads. Thus I never receive the 12 per month that I pay for. So basically, now we are paying Realtor.com twice. The automatic renewal program a real stinker. Without any warning (although they claim to send you a email or two which probably goes directly to spam) to renew you into a lead program and take the money out of an account with your credit card on their unremovable file.

Estimates are so off
October 12, 2017

This site lies and sucks and isn't updated. It quotes my house over $100k less than all the other sites and the other homes in my community. The only reason I gave it a star was because of the pictures.

I was an unsatisfied client. A month before my renewal I went on the client portal and declined to renew. Another email came out about renewal, another decline. I decided to call and confirm, a ticket was made, never heard from them. After a couple a days, same sequence occurred. I finally got ahold of someone on the phone, expressed my anger and got an email saying I wouldn't be charged. So, guess who just got charged. Now I have to fight. In addition to these terrible billing procedures not once was I asked why I was unhappy with service and not renewing. I guess they have other agents to invest $10,000 with them.

I was looking to get in touch with the relator for a property I was interested in but was listed as Contingent. The listing on the Realitor.com website had a phone number with a local area code, so I called. The lady that answered indicated she was with Realitor.com on a recorded line. (Obviously not local)

She asked me for the listing info and my name. Then she started asking me questions like if I was a first time home buyer and if the purchase was a investment. I said no thank you, I would not like to provide that information. She the. Said "ok, thank you" and hung up.

We worked with Lori Novello to sell our condo in Fort Lauderdale and will be working with Lori to find our forever home. She went above and beyond to consult with us along the way to make sure our property was as attractive as possible. Right from the beginning it was evident we were working with a professional who knows the market and has the experience necessary to get the job done. We will continue to work with Lori for all of our real estate needs and recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell in the Fort Lauderdale area.

Not sure I get this article "The Top LGBTQ-Friendly Cities Great for Home Buyers". What about the top cities for kids or family or elderly? This is a weird world we now live in that sexual preference is highlighted rather than normal activities. Would appreciate it if you would quit throwing sexual preferences in everyone's face.

Rick Trevers is not to be trusted. He took management fees for 5 months while a property was vacant and being remodeled. Didn't even tell the home owner he was doing so. Property was making zero $ for homeowner yet he took money out of the reserves for doing nothing. He is shady and dishonest. Shame on him.

I contacted what I thought was the agent of a listing and realtor.com gave my info to a different buyers' agent. I foolishly thought this was how I was supposed to contact the listing and asked the person to contact the listing agent. When he got back to me, and I told him I would not be using him as an agent (some random guy who was assigned me from realtor.com without my permission!)- He hung up on me! At least I know for certain Tim Whetsel will never be an agent for me or anyone I know. He could have kindly let me know he was trying to get me to use his services as a buyer's agent and would only be able to help me if I hired him. He could have offered to tell me how to contact the listing directly if I didn't need his services- that would at least have gotten him a good review or lack of a bad one! Shame on realtor.com for tricking me and Mr. Whetsel for terrible customer service!
