Don't do it! Total scam. They don't allow you to cancel, and don't deliver what they promise. I've wasted $1500 and they want to stick me for another $4500! I signed up for an area with $800k average, but ALL of the leads are for $50 mobile homes. COMPLETE SCAM!

No! Do not purchase anything from them. Don't waste your money.

Don't wast your money I get marketing leads
And other leads from companies not actual people wanting to buy a home. I thought it would be better but it has been a huge waste of money. I wish I would never have signed up. Not to mention they lied to me about several things. I have not received one good lead. Such a waste of my money.

Don't do it... I was told they weed out the foreclosures and they don't. That is all I get are calls on forceclosures. Then I have to waste time explain to people why they can't buy a foreclosed home with their income and pre approval!

Complete rip off. First year was fair then they Doubled my fees upon renewal. Who pays attention to that? Right? We are busy and they count on that to suck our bank accounts dry when we are not looking. They will not refund the overages and will not cancel the the account upon demand. I have to go to the bank tomorrow to cancel my card so they can no longer syphen my money. They are crooks and worse their leads are 98% unuseable.

YES! If you are going to actually work the leads and reach out within the first few minutes of receiving them. If no, you will hate it and have no success... Internet leads are an art, but when called quickly and often, they work. As far as the $50 mobile homes... I thought the job of a Realtor was to try to get anyone who wants to purchase a home into a home... I didn't know it had to be of YOUR standards for you to sell it. SMH...

I wasn't happy, considering you will be sharing your leads with other agents, so you won't be the only realtor receiving the same lead, and I was never able to connect with any of my leads.
